Have a class on customer service, because the guy who works the front seems to have forgotten that he’s in a customer service position. So many things went wrong, and there was no apology. He literally walked away as I was talking. I will never rent from this U-Haul again, and I will discourage others from using them. However, one of the mechanics helped me and he was great. My issues weee not resolved, but he was appreciated. Someone told him to have a good day as they left and he said right in front of me it’s already too late. I hadn’t even talked to him yet. This is the guy who assists customers. Wow!

Clean your trucks, have an employee just for U-Haul at locations and thoroughly check vehicles gas, mileage and damages out before giving to next customer.

Anne LNothing to do with the location, but the U-Haul phone people are always wrong. They'll call and tell you the equipment you reserved isn't available at the location when I know for a fact that it is. Then they tell you about another location that has it, but in reality, doesn't. Happens every time.
Jesse PThere was a greasy spot on the deck inside the trailer. I cleaned with degreaser before I loaded my household goods. However, I slid and pulled my groin prior to cleaning. Previous renters should be charged and I should be credited. I don’t blame ASAP because it looked clean . Regardless, the people at ASAP were very helpful in set-up and getting me on the road. I will use again.

Mumtaz IThe location was clean but was very tight due to being at a mechanic shop. The truck I rented was in a different lot that was very small. I could not pull out location forward but needed to back up entire way into a busy street. Other than that, very easy process.
Blake HI was told the gas tank was on a 1/4 tank , it was not . It was 1/8 tank and I have pictures with the odometer and gas gauge together. I think it was very unfair and i spent money because of someone's mistake or the gas was stolen. The radio did not work! The check engine light was on the entire time.
David CTo improve for the next customer, maybe you could be sure to let the customer know if any equipment such as a dolly comes with the truck or not and possibly have a different spot or a better spot for the trucks to make it easier to get them out as for getting the trucks out maybe you could do what I have seen other U-Haul places do which is right before the customer comes, go ahead and have somebody pull the truck out for them so that it is ready to go

Kristy W26’ truck and the back was not cleaned out from the prior person. I had to broom out the entire hauling area to try to clean up a little. I will NEVER rent from this location again. And if I have a different option other than U-Haul I will definitely use it. Horrible experience !! Don’t rent from ASAP

Jerald LIt was horrible and I'm very upset about it, there was a consistent grinding when accelerating, and the suspension was very poor when dealing with the highway so I did not feel comfortable driving it to the location after going about halfway and ended up loading up my fiancé's car and then driving it back to return since they would charge an extra $20 if it was late, the roadside assistance just bounced me back and forth and then "made a note" but I was still charged a whopping ~$138 plus the $17 in gas for a very poor uhaul with rusted seat bolts, rusted steering column, and rusted rims that drove poorly on the highway. No one has reached out to contact me about this because seemingly no one cares, they've got their money after all. TL:DR; horrible experience, complete waste of money, will never willingly rent from them again.

Ashley MPhone check in was a hassle to begin with. The agent Sarah who was assisting me via chat left me waiting without telling me I was approved . I waited approximately 40 minutes before calling and getting assistance. The truck was dirty with blankets strewn around ((I have pictures) and the appliance dolly I requested wasn’t on board. I was still charged for a dolly.
