The owner operator’s lot was horrible especially after all the rain. During normal business hours doors were locked and they requested I send a copy of my drivers license and other personal/sensitive info via a text message to a random phone number posted on the door of the building. I would never never never choose this location ever again. And i didn’t choose it now I was redirected because the place I did select didn’t have the vehicle I choose. Literally the worse experience I’ve had.

ONIEL DParking lot is over crowded. Getting to lot is up a hill that is winding - difficult for a large truck.
Linda BLocation seems to be a person's personal home address. There was U-haul trucks there but once you went into the office door, it was a mess. Lots of shoes and items for sale, cell phones for sale and doors opened to what looked like his personal living space. Employee or owner of this location was not aware that I already rented the truck online prior and had a set pick up time. Glad I brought my husband with me because it was a very odd and slightly uncomfortable transaction.

MAVIS AIt’s was horribly DIRTY and it was the only one left. I reserved online and had to come back 3 times because he sent me down to another location saying he didn’t have a truck. But it allowed me to reserve it and it was 40! When I got there it turned to 120 dollars! Had it for one day and got a receipt for 582$! For 300 miles!!! I could have had a rental for cheaper !!! Mind you that’s no movers nothing ! And it was 1.19 per mile and when I seen the receipt it changed to 1.49 per mile! This man should not be working for uhaul ! He’s a scammer I will not be EVER USING UHUAL OR RECOMMENDING!

Nabil AThe agent at this pick up location changed my online reservation without my permission which lead to me being charged an additional $125.00. I asked him why he changed my online reservation and he stated i will pay the same upon drop off, but this was not the case at drop off. I asked for a printed receipt . He said he had no printer. Very poor unacceptable business practice to alter and change without my permission my reservation for the same size truck that i had reserved 10 days in advance. On my online reservation was i allotted for 174 miles and only drove 145miles but yet i was charged an additional $125. Very rude and poor customer service, he would not attempt to resolve issue so i have contacted the corporate office for resolution. I have been renting UHAUL trucks for 25yrs and this is by far the WORST location!! Also he lied about the closing time and changed my drop off location without permission or even letting me know. When i called UHAUL customer service i learned that he had changed the drop location without notifying me. Soooo stressful ! Highly do not recommend this location.

MARTINE LThe person who works in that office is stealing from me. I normally rent a not very large truck for 2 hours, maximum 3 hours, because I was moving beds and furniture to my new property, but the fact is that we always reached an agreement that I would charge 56 dollars but this person charges me almost 100 dollars, which is a shame and he already did it three times, I just came to realize it because I checked my credit card statement. Please help.

John MI was given a truck with a hole in the ceiling. It rained while driving to Pittsburgh and a bed mattress got soaking wet. I will file a damage claim. Next...while driving on the highway, the hood of the trucked started lifting which scared me tremendously. This happened many times until I could pull off the highway to inspect. The two clamps that hold the hood of the truck in place were NOT secured. I AM REALLY PISSED OFF ABOUT THIS AND THE GREAT RISK INVOLVED FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS. Lastly, I booked a truck online at a specific location. I even called that location 2 hours before pick-up to confirm the truck was there....I was told the truck was there. I arrive to be told there is no 26' truck at that location. And on top of that...the attendant says her reservation online showed me renting a 20" truck and it was round trip. When my document and booking clearly stated it was a 26' truck one-way to Pittsburgh. I then had to drive to another location. The only good experience was the truck drove nicely. PHILLIP SThis was the absolute worst experience that I've had with U-Haul. If this were my first experience I would NEVER us your company again. I can't believe that you let this guy have your name and trust your customers to him. The business is hard to find and located on a really busy road, with a steep and curved driveway. After finding the business, it took me over an hour to pick-up my truck which was supposed to be a contactless pick-up. This made me late meeting my movers and added stress to my already stressful day. I arrived a little before 7, found my truck, stepped through the check-out process, and then was told to go inside to get the key. Yet, the place was not open. My key was supposed to be in a lock box. I called the number listed on the door and no one answered. I saw another door, climbed over garbage and used mattresses to get to this door. The lock boxes were here at this door, but of no use to me. Inside this door was a pile of family shoes, so I assumed the owner lived here. I pounded on the door for 15 minutes (while on the phone with U-Haul customer service) until the guy came to the door sleepy and in his pajamas. The guy had me walk through the pile of garbage again to get to the business door. I waited for him to boot-up his computer. When he finally got it booted up he says "oh you did it online". I ask if I can have my truck, to which he replied it wasn't ready. He then proceeds to remove garbage and U-Haul stuff from inside the truck that was supposed to be ready for me to pick-up 24/7. He tried to take the moving blankets I reserved, but I argued with him and he finally left them. The drive way to this place is steep and narrow. He did a 20point turn to get the truck pointed down, while he has me standing outside in the cold wet waiting for him. My friend that dropped me off was waiting at the end of the driveway because there was no room in the driveway for the car while the truck was turned around. A woman leaves the house while we're waiting in the driveway and starts blowing her horn for the car to leave the driveway. This isn't an easy location to just pull out of the way. It's a busy road that requires several miles of driving and 2 U-turns to get back. So, she kept blowing her horn while waiting for my friend to move. Which he didn't because he wanted to ensure I had my truck and was okay. I am absolutely appalled that I was asked to deal with this person and was treated like this by U-Haul. I had initially selected a location that I had used before and had a pleasant experience with. It's crap that my reservation was switched to this place. He should not have any trucks, but had 6 of your 20' trucks while the functional business didn't have any.

Charles NThe peson in charge could be better at customer service and communication. We made attempts to communicate to change drop off location. The staff was not very attentive to listen to the customer and then responding. He disrupted the customer when attempting to communicate. The truck was in a great condition but just better professional communication will be appreciated. Thank you.

Dedeene TRight side view mirror was broken when I first got the truck didn’t realize until left location. Truck was parked in wooded area so I was unable to fill inspect truck before departure. So it made the move much more difficult.
David FWe had no choice but to take the truck due to time constraints, however, that truck should not have been rented out as the whole mirror on the right side of the truck was taped up. Causing a very dangerous situation as there was poor visibility and inability to view right side of highway and cleat paading vehicles since the mirrors could not be adjusted.
