Drop off location did not at all accurately document the drop off date and time costing the customer a late drop off fee! A complete failure of the employee!

Crystal MShut down 805 Cokey Rd. ROCKY Mt, NC The manager is sleeping in the building. He wasn't open on time till other workers arrived banging on the door. He told me since the gas tank is on empty, I would be reimbursed. I wasn't. The truck was dirty. In order for me to not pay $25.00 I had to clean it. This place needs to be investigated, because he's probably done this several times.
