They charged my Credit Card twice and hasn't refunded me one of the charges. Next step is to call Uhaul Corporate.

Corey HThe truck sounded like it was falling apart especially in reverse! I was overcharged for miles and then an extra charge of $9.73!! WHY?? I returned the truck with more fuel in it than I got. The mileage was never corrected like I was told it was! So I was charged an extra 30 plus miles!! The man working there was very rude and disrespectful. I filed a complaint and have yet to hear back from anyone!
