The security gate was stuck into an open position and the second gate was Chained and padlocked. The only reason I chose this facility because it had 24-hour access. There is very poor lighting and I was not told that I was going to have to back the entire link of the storage units to get to the one I rented. I was led to believe that there was plenty of room to maneuver a pickup truck and trailer. When I called the facility for help that night I could not get any. The answering service she tried her best to get someone to come unlock the gate and or give me the combination. I had to back the link of the storage units to a grassy area that there was a chance of the trailer dropping off into what appeared to be a drainage area. The lady with the answering service tried every number she had to try to get me some help. She stayed online with me in case we needed to call 911 to get some assistance. I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone. I did not break the seal and demanded a full refund. It was so unsafe I kept a loaded weapon in Arms Reach at all time. I am so dissatisfied with this. I think U-Haul company needs to pull this storage unit out of recommendation. Feel free to contact me and I can send photographs of the area I took the next day. By the way the security gate was still stuck in an open position.

Dank and musty smelling, everything was very damp when I removed it, even with 3 damp rid pots in it the whole month I used it. The ceiling was dripping with condensation. Very over priced. Trash everywhere, not well maintained. This was the conex box, maybe the building was better. Staff was nice tho.

I came back to find that literally every single item in the unit reaked of mildew, and despite washing and attempting to remove to smell from every item multiple times, it seems as though it is now permanently woven into the molicules of the items, and the peculiar part is nothing was wet or showed signs of water damage in the slightest. For that reason, outside of which was an excellent service, I will not be using your facility again and I will advise others to do the same. My apologies in advance.
