The employees at the pick up made it clear, it would be better to book online. Which meant an impersonal interaction.

Virginia CI just wanted to say that pickup and drop-off were extremely well handled by Marc'ceesha Sappington and this was probably the best u-haul experience I have had. I would definitely recommend this particular location at AGAP Spring Sawdust again simply because Marc'ceesha made the experience a breeze.
Ross PI was supposed to pick up the truck there, but there was no one there to assist. After several calls to 2 different numbers for this place, I had to call the district office to arrange a mobile pickup. The issue was I didn’t have the app, but the district office came through with the assist.

Landing LThe truck served its purpose with 120k miles. Condition link had wrong license and generic pictures not of that vehicle. App didn’t note specific defects, but pushed insurance. Not the rental site’s fault, more the renting experience from first web search. Desk person was great. The day move was accomplished. Return was painless.

Bridget TRead up above about my disappointment in being charged $11.66 extra for mileage wow. Check out my recorded message to your dispatcher when I returned the truck stating I over filled gas because gage would not show amount only after I drove away from gas station. Also the man that I rented truck from Alejandra told me to get large truck with extra 30 miles which we really didn’t need a bigger truck. So trusting him I rented larger truck I told him where we were going from one place to other and he calculated how many miles we needed. You owe me approximately $15.00 or more in gas money. I want a refund !! I will post everything about your service charges and these locations on social media I will give you time to rectify this and refund my $11.66 on my card. It’s not a large amount and YOU CAN DO THIS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. CALL (210)865-8500 sincerely Karla Clanton the card was Karina Clanton my daughter in law!! WE LOOK FOR CREDIT ON HER CARD. Kelly HRented through the app. Chose in person pick up. But people at this location just act completely annoyed that they have anything to do with U-Haul and rudely direct you back to the app even though I chose the option of having an actual person assist. The app is slow and never works properly. It take 5x as long to use the app which is why deliberately chose to pick up directly through a representative rather than on the app. Luckily the phone assistance person was helpful after the app wouldn’t give me the option to do the pick up. Then I pulled up for drop off and had the person at the location come out and bark at me that ‘this was not a drop off location’. I explained that this is where I picked up and that my app said this was the place that the app says to return to. She just acted annoyed and walked back inside. So I just continued my horribly painfully slow drop off process through the app. We rent U-Hauls often for doing trade shows at work. This location by far has been the most unpleasant to deal with. You would think a business would be thankful for my business and not annoyed by it.
