This is a very unprofessional location. The miles on the truck did not reflect what was on the app. Which caused me to be charged twice the amount I was supposed to be charged.

Alan JNo room to turn around at all and they damaged my 2013 4Runner that was in perfect condition. The two young guys who were told by the I assume owner to take off the trailer smashed it into the back of my 4Runner. There is a huge dent, scratch and paint damage. When I walked back to evaluate what the damage was, the two young guys tried to play it off hoping I wouldn’t notice. I quickly did and called them out with “who’s going to fix and pay for it”??. The rudest of the two said “not me I don’t know”. He was poorly dressed with his pants hanging down below his ass. He was extremely defensive, rude, young and ignorant. The owner came over and stated he did not want to involve insurance and that he would pay for it on a hand shake after I spend my time trying to find a place and estimate to fix it. This place is not representing your company name well at all. I filed an insurance claim and have time stamped photos of the damage. You need to send corporate to this shit hole. It’s a dump. I hope Uhaul fixes my vehicle and compensates me for having my time wasted.😡

Was told I would receive a discount for my troubles, I did not receive anything? I am very unpleased with the process and the location of rental all together
Michael Sthe truck was filthy. he wasn’t there on time. he overcharged me. terrible. would consider never renting again if you all do not contact me and fix this.

Josh HThere was nothing exactly wrong with the location. It was just a drop off point. Nothing to really judge for or against.
Eric SThe truck I used had significant damage on the inside, which prevented me from being able to use the ramp to load/unload. While this seems insignificant, I have a bad knee and my partner has a bad back so we were both physically taxed to our limit. I requested a dolly online when I was making my reservation and was told upon arriving at the location that they don’t provide dollies. I was asked how many miles I planned on driving, which I didn’t understand was a “service” question, and was billed for going over the estimation I provided. It would’ve been helpful to understand why I was being asked /what the consequences were but the rep’s vagueness felt shady. Using Uhaul for this move was ultimately more inconvenient than if I had just searched for volunteers online.

Audrey LThis was our fourth stop after being turned away at three other locations. The staff was friendly and we had no issues. the previous two other (Campleton and Peter Street) are a different story. You could tell they just didn't want to let a truck go for a one way drop. I ended up having to pay twice the mileage because of these two shady @ss locations. I wont be using U-Haul ever again. On the other hand, the customer service agents I spoke with (1800#) were very nice and helpful.

equilla dI rented the trailer in PA on May 3. They Atlanta location started calling me immediately asking why I was late dropping the trailer off. I explained several times th3 situation, but .....They didn’t have a clue.
