My tire blew out not even 9 minutes after having the U-Haul. I had to wait 2 whole hours for roadside to come and then returned it immediately after. But, I was still charged for the entire day without even using the thing. I have been trying to get a refund but no one is helping me or pointing me in the direction.Enrique B.
This place robbed me ! When I got to this place the truck did not have the miles the man said it had ! Truck was dirty ! And he charged me 2 times on top of all this ! This place needs to be investigated because the men who runs it is scamming people cards !!!!!!!!!!KATHERINE Z.

I was charged over $70 (extra) for 8 gallons of gas. Complete rip off to charge a fee (in addition to the fuel cost) to refuel which you will have to do regardless for the next customer.Joseph D.
This is a place with poor signage. You then have to walk through an active auto repair garage to find the office. The location itself is not clean and well maintained. The gentleman running it was friendly.David F.

The office was dirty with flies every where. I was charged for insurance I declined. They failed to let me do a walk around or inspect the mileage and fuel amount. There was garbage in the cab and in the back of the truck.Joshua J.

Not the fault of the place I dropped off at, but the app didn't work from pick up to drop off. The drop off location was closed, because it was Sunday, and with the app not working, I had to take pictures and document everything so I could leave.Shawn S.

Drop off was not at all clearly indicated. There were no signs whatsoever. It was in an unsafe area with numerous homeless people wandering around, approaching vehicles. My female fiancÃ©e was there waiting at that location before I got there and had I known in advance how dangerous this area was - I never would've had her there alone. (A man approached her car window before I got there.) In the past, I've never had such a negative or unnerving experience with U-Haul. After a long day of moving, it was incredibly stressful trying to figure out where I was supposed to drop off the U-Haul. For the amount I paid in total to utilize the U-Haul, pick up and drop off should be seamless and easy. Very disappointed.Alexander M.

The owner seemed friendly enough but the trailer he gave us had a bald tire. He said we can return it to any location which when we tried to do, we found out that that is not correct. The other location said we could keep the trailer at no additional charge for two more days so we could return it back to the original location when they were open again. He said there would be no additional charge. That was also false as we were charged for those additional days as well. What was supposed to be a one day $30 rental turned into $135 that we did not expect to pay. I would not choose U-Haul again.Michelle F.

Lacked requested equipment, lack of operator training/orientation. Overall disappointing to saycyhe least. Not at the location request, no additional equipment as requested. Found truck in Junk Yard !!!! Really demonstrates your company's commitment to quality!!!!!!!!! Had to call national number and complain. With no satisfaction. WILL Notify CC as to Hold Payment . It was getting dark when I arrived to drop the truck off. There was not any signage immediately visible. I finally spotted a U-Haul sticker on an entry door to the building. Someone saw me and came out and directed me to the back side of the building to park the truck in a fenced lot. The gentleman helping me was very curteous and polite.James B.

It looked like a front for a drug chop shop. No where to park the truck. There were a group of individuals drinking and listening to music out front. I felt very uncomfortable walking in. As I walked in someone just yelled â€œwhat you needâ€! I made sure the truck was parked and inspected and I got my receipt and left. This was no place anyone should be going for a uhaul drop off. It was disgusting. And not to mention when I called one of your customer service reps and explained them the situation and how displeased I was they were very rude and didn't even acknowledge me. All they did is say â€œAnything else I can help you withâ€. I hung up the phone after that and told myself if uhaul doesn't appreciate my business I will be using Penske or another agent to get the job done.MICHAEL G.

You have to walk out and around the block to the entrance just to tell someone your name. Also changing the drop-off location was a nightmare. Why was it so difficult for me to get rid of a trailer I no longer needed to use. I talked to multiple people who had no knowledgeable information for me. One told me I'd have to drive the trailer back to Orlando from Charlotte beacuse I was done with it... ridiculous.. the personnel at the drop off location was the only bright spot during my experience with u-haul. Very nice, polite, helpful people there. My uhaul experience could have been much better.Ryan M.

Hard to locate as there is no sign indicating it is a U-Haul pick-up/drop-off location. No one was wearing a face mask. Had to unhook the trailer myself and move it by hand to where they wanted it parked.Richard C.
