This was a terrible experience. It took 1.75 hours to get a truck that we reserved online. 1. They changed our location without calling or texting us. Instead they simply sent an email that was buried in advertisements. 2. The original location was closed although their sign said open at 8:00am and open. 3. The phone number on an update was for a 3rd location and the person that answered was clueless about what was going on. 4. Your territory supervisor thought adding a couple of miles or an additional day. Both things we did not need. He was insulting and didn't care to address their real issue. 5. We reserved online with al info but the person at the 2nd location had to re-enter all information again. Let me correct, my husband had to enter the info since the only employee in their office slowly typed with one finger. 6. We registered and checked in online due to Covid-19 but were forced to work with an employee who was not practicing CDC recommendations. 7. We were 2 hours late because of your company and had to rush our packing. We are extremely dissatisfied with the handling of our reservation and will not recommend or use your company in the future. Extremely disappointed.
