Katrina MThe customer service care needs improvement. There was one person doing everything almost at the same time. It took me almost 25 minutes to get a vehicle. There was a trash shoping bag on the floor of the passenger sit. The cup or can holder was dirty. I guess the person who used the van prior my usage was a smoker and it was not cleaned. The tire air signal was on, thus the air in the tires was not balanced! However, the gentleman who signed me out was very helpful! Thank you.

Abdul WThey did not have the truck I reserved. Therefore I had to downgrade, which made my move twice as long, because I had to do two trips. This made me go past my reservation time, and they charge me for two full days of rental. I did get some refund, but the hassle was almost not worth it. They also had no dropbox for the key, and even though I returned it be on my phone, they did not register it as dropped off until the morning.

SEGUN MThe gas gasket top eas broken. I couldn’t open it and so I couldn’t fill up the tank. I should’nt have $52 for the fuel. They should make sure the gasket is good.

Mazi HSince it's a Commercial Truck, a map or directions from the pickup area to a highway and not a parkway posted inside of the rental truck would have been nice..I Don live in the Bronx so getting around to the highway was a puzzle, thereby Miles wasted unnecessarily but we found it..
kathy jI called this drop off location because I didn’t not request To drop the vehicle off here and one of the work is Jesus help me to clarify the issue he spoke with his supervisor and his supervisor advised that I drop off the vehicle at the closest location in Queens. I explain to him the mixup and with the pick up location did to mess up my order and he did what he could to help me and I appreciate that. I pray that the company will reimburse me or give me a refund or something for the inconvenience I am so unhappy with this company right now.

Karisma PEddie the U-Haul employee was great. However, the truck we received was in a previous accident so the side mirror on the driver's side was badly smashed so it couldn't be used which was dangerous. There was a dent on the driver's side door as well which impeded opening and closing the door. Since it was the only truck available, we had to take it.
troy bI hired 3 movers for $200/hr ... the truck was not there when I arrived at 9am ... I was told it was still with the previous renter ... first I was told it would be 15 minutes late ... after waiting, I was then told it might be one hour ... they did not return the truck until 1pm ... the UHAUL late penalty is not a deterrent ... you need to have a $100/hr penalty or more ... and they should also pay the full rental costs of the customer who is inconvenienced

Nathali RI actually said to my wife "Wow Uhual's impressing me with their customer service" I had to change my reservation last minute - and ya'll were on top of it. Even called me back while I was chatting with someone who was giving me wrong information - to tell me that you didn't have availibility for what they had told me there was. The lady at the location was also very helpful and kind - i was honestly in shock, not because of bad expectations, but because there is such a lack of simple, kind customer service - which seems to be lacking in almost every service industry these days. Thank you

YOVAN SClerk only giving attention to her phone then was extremely rude and unprofessional having the most horrible attitude and unkept appearance. When told that there was any gas in the truck was instructed to put some in or go down the block to the next U-Haul station and try to get a truck.
