Stewart MU-haul needs to put hitch jacks on the front of the trailers. It’s very unsafe trying to pick-up or jack trailer hitch off the ground. Employee’s should not have to use a jack-all jack to raise trailer..it’s very unsafe as jack could kick out and injure someone. Also if customer has late night drop off there is no way to unhitch trailer from vehicle! There needs to be hitch jacks put onto all tow behind trailers.

Tara JThe truck was not full of fuel, I had asked for a dolly and there was no dolly as well as an extension to my return time and was told that wouldn't be a problem. The day it was due back, I received a call from a lady who demanded I bring it back or and then threatened me that I would be charged with the next persons rental. When I told her I had asked for a late return, she rudely told me to call Uhaul and when I asked for the number again she told me to look it up. She was very rude and disrespectful. She called back twice to demand to know what time I was returning the rental after I had called Uhaul and talked to a nice lady who was very helpful. I did return the truck later that night as I said I would. The truck was returned before 6:45pm that evening. It was not a good day for me at all.

Paul PI didn't give an excellent rating for location only because I needed the van in Lacombe. I had to drive to Blackfalds to pick up this vehicle. I would have hoped that UHaul might bring the vehicle to Lacombe to save the customer the extra expense. Otherwise everything was really great! Thanks.

Gavin LWhen u rent a trailer that’s suppose to 5 x 8 and it’s really 4.4’ x 7.6’’ i icouldn’t get my shed on it the trailer was definitely not 5’wide
Thomas MI rented a motorcycle trailer. When our car had an accident we were unable to return the trailer at the required time. It would have been much more convenient for us if we could have left the trailer at the location where the accident occurred,3 provinces away!!! However, because a change to one way rental was not allowed it necessitated another trip to retrieve the trailer. That cost us another 1000 dollars. We were pretty disappointed with this outcome. We had planned to bring it back but the accident made it impossible to return. Rental vehicles don’t come with hitches.
Theo DThe rental place was fine, it was the online service sending me to this location instead of the one I booked that was wrong. Then sending me to the wrong drop off address so I had to call in to get that taken care of so I didn’t get extra charges then mixing up the mileage amount and charging me too much! Poor service and quite stressful!

Will never rent uhaul again from red deer Rented trailer for a day paid in full at 12:30pm pick up the manger did not as for a proper drop off time as we wasted 3 hours after we paid looking for fucking hitch since you don't rent out the proper hitch size , had to drive to calgary and back , they tried triple billing us been dealing with this bullshit for almost a month fighting them will never use this location again absolute bullshit!!! So much of my time wasted sitting on hold a handful of times
