I would give no stars if I could. We were charged $150 for a dolly that was in the uhaul when we brought it back. When the guy told my husband that it would be $150 my husband responded by saying "I just paid $160 yesterday when I picked it up". The guy told my husband that was just to hold the Uhaul until it was returned and that it was less because we didn't use all of the miles. The guy walked around the truck, my husband opened the back and the guy saw the dolly in there. Why in the hell would we want the dolly. What this has done is not only all of the other money that a person has to spend to be able to get into a home is add on another $150 that we don't have. This is ridiculous. I'm normally a very level headed person but I feel at this moment we are being taken advantage of and it is not right.Dale J.

When I returned the truck they said my 100 dollar cash deposit was not available. I was told they would call. About a week later I returned and my deposit was returned to me. At that time they claimed the truck was returned dirty, mind you this was a week after they checked it in. They still returned my deposit. Now they claim I still owe them money? How is that possible? Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.Alan R.

I was able to do all of this online and then send my moving guys to pick up and return van and equipment. All was effortless. I could even have hired two movers if my guys flaked. I'll use y'all again. This was such a relief in all of the other chaos in my life!Teres S.

My only problem was with the website and reservation process. Somehow it booked a date and time that I was considering while trying to get the size I wanted. I don't know how it got reserved because I never got to the part where you pay but luckily they canceled it when I didn't show up. No harm no foul I guess, just weird.Bryan G.
I had to pick the truck up in Grants Pass and I live in Talent. It was a very inconvenient pick-up location. The vehicle was very dented and filthy inside. Despite sweeping it out, my boxes and items ended up being covered with a black powder/dust. There were ashes in the ashtray and we couldn't move the rear-view mirrors. I was extremely disappointed and upset with the rental experience. I suggest that the trucks only be at official U-Haul centers and not at private facilities. Never again!Dana W.

Operator is very congenial and efficient, meeting my needs perfectly. The UHaul website leaves a lot to be desired. It is very confusing. It could not seem to find my reservation, but did manage to change it without my knowledge to the wrong day and equipment and dealer. The app wouldn't let me log in to my account unless I opened a new one. Then, of course, it wouldn't recognize my reservation. I resorted to phone calls and personal visits to get it straight.mARK S.

Had my location changed last minute due to the first location not having the truck I wanted. I made this reservation over a month in advance and had to drive an hour thirty minutes to get the truck. Got there and the truck's right front tire was low on air. Uhaul guy gave me a few dollars to go to a gas station to fill it up. Terrible experience the whole thing was absurd. Id rather buy a truck then use uhaul again if this is the service they provide.Shane O.

We took the truck back to where we picked it up the next morning at 8:30. At 8:30 that evening someone who said they were the district manager and was wondering why we hadn't returned the truck. We told them we had. He seemed very confused.PAT B.
Very difficult to drop off after hours@ 6pm. Took 45 min to set up online account, wait 15 min on hold to talk to a person. Would have been good to know ahead of time all the steps to drop off truck so we could be prepared. Person that lived at storage drop off ( and clearly stated was off work) was NO help. Apparently we interrupted him. We were told to just drop the truck right there in middle of parking lot and drive way which did not sound right and turned out to be wrong.tara S.

This entire reservation was a mess. We had someone call us to let us know they didn't have a 17 foot truck so they would be giving us a 26foot which was great. They verified that we needed an appliance dolly and said we were good to go. We show up to pick up our truck and the girl tells us she doesn't have an appliance dolly. She calls to another store and they tell her they have one. We had to drive our uhaul over to another store which you guys charged us for in gas and miles all to find out they didn't have an appliance dolly either. It was a flat scooter looking thing. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. She refused to take responsibility for not making sure they had the right equipment. I had to pay a moving company 300.00 to come move 3 things I needed that dolly for.Kathrine G.

For me, I was disappointed my truck was not available at the location I specified and uhaul moved the order 45 minutes away to another town. fortunately, the man working at the grants pass location i drove to was nice, the truck was brand new, and larger than I ordered, which was hard to deny, made me happy. The facility was nice and their boxes/tape etc were fairly priced and plentiful. I've driven uhaul several times in my life, and I'm happy to say this was the best yet.Hard to improve off of already good, in my opinion.Thomas R.

I went to the location I was told to drop the truck off. When I got there on Saturday afternoon there was a man in the office and I explained I was there to return truck. He asked for the keys, mentioned that they were closed, but the open light/sign was on. He took the keys from me and I left. That location charged my card an additional $95. Please explain and I am hoping for a refund of that $95.Sherri R.
I originally ordered truck from different, more convenient location. Location was changed by Uhaul. I do not understand the charge. I wanted the truck for 24 hours. The insurance charge seems higher than quoted at office.richard C.

Have had nothing but trouble, now and in the past, with this Uhaul location. The truck was returned the same day I got it. Received a call from your agency today (5/31/18) stating that the truck had not been returned. This Uhaul representatives lack of following thru with what needed to be completed is not very responsible. I had to called Uhaul to get it straightened out. The representative on the phone was very gracious and helpful in completing the transaction.Kathleen W.
