Office smells, trailer inside was dirty and greasy from car parts? No one to help load the trailer onto my truck, luckily I’m familiar with trailers. Never again, I’ll drive an extra 30 minutes to not pick up from here.

The young woman, Neicy who assisted me was so kind and patient. The other young lady was nice as well. But, I mostly dealt with Neicy. Even though she is near her delivery date of her baby. She was so caring. I hope she is recognized by the company for creating a great experience for your customers.

It was a process to get the key. The mobile checking is horrible. This wasn’t my original pickup location. And they changed my original price. It’s was a horrible experience. I been using this since 2008. But I will know longer do business with uhaul. And your mover’s service was terrible as well

Have the location for the trailer not on a hill, took it loose and it rolled into the back of my car damaging my vehicle. There were no wheel chucks out there to spot the wheels to keep it from rolling and it's on a hill.

I had signed up to pick my truck up at 8:00 am before the store opened and they did not leave keys for me. I ended up having to wait until 9:00 a.m. to pick up the truck, which threw off the rest of my day. However, U-Haul did honor their $50 guarantee that they promise if your vehicle is not ready. Also, I will say the customer service rep (on the 833 line) was very helpful and kind.

I dropped it off Wednesday after 2 but this location they leave a 2 pm on Wednesday. So I unhitched and left it there. Checked with them in the morning to confirm they received it.

I was chargesd $14.50 for gas, I had already put the gas in the truck. I took the truck on quarter full and returnes the same. I could not understand why I was charged $14.50 for the gasoline. If you check my my milage I drove the truck only 12 miles, how could I pay this amount where my milafe is only small amount. Please correct my bill and refund the charge. Thanks

This was my first time at this location. An employee by the name of Dakota was behind the counter. He was extremely rude and impatient during the drop off process. He said he wasn’t a morning person.

Not helpful at all for hook up. The trailer was heavy and sloped toward the vehicle. This was very difficult.

I picked up my truck from the counter because the app would not allow me to. I didn’t know that I had to mobile return and was charged $20 for drop off. I figured that if I couldn’t mobile checkin I wouldn’t have to mobile check out. I’ve rented many uhaul trucks and never had this experience. I’ll continue to rent but not at this location.

Truck was filthy in the cab. Smudge marks in the storage compartment. NO PASSENGER SEATBELTS!!!! I had my son with me and couldn't strap him in- ridiculous!!! Staff during pickup were okay, although not friendly. Staff, a man, was rude and impatient, didn't check the truck or equipment and made me put it back in its spot rather than inspect and move it himself (which has always been my experience the many, many times ive used uhaul. The truck had nearly 200,000 miles on it, shifter doesn't lock in place but overall it drove well, although i would check the breaks. I will NEVER go to this location again!

There was a sign on the door that said the manager was on the property. I called the number and no one answered. Then I tried the door and it was open. I was standing in front of the door, and no one came out and apparently didn't answer the phone either. Disappointing. I thought the manager was very abrupt and impatient. I asked her about where to park the truck and she took that keys and said I do it in an abrupt manner. I would have parked it myself. Not anything like the pickup location. I returned the truck around 10:38 AM. So, I turned it in early. After picking up my car that had a flat tire. I went home and realized I forgot to return the blankets. I called right away. It was 12:15 PM, only 15 minutes after the arranged drop off time. I asked if I could return the blankets and the manager said no because it was after the noon deadline. I realize rules are rules, but I returned the truck early and forgot to bring the blankets. So be it.

The personnel was not friendly. When inspecting the van, I had to show the rep the areas where the van was damaged for her to add the sticker markers on the vehicle. She mentioned the van was in an accident. But it's obvious the proper inspection wasn't completed before I picked up the van. it was confusing as part of the registration was online and part was in person. The van needs a serious alignment. I won't return to this location again.

Need to improve the outlook of the office for better customer comfort while doing business!

The front tires on the van were extremely worn and did not get very good traction in the rain. Also, the tire air pressure system and tire tracking system were in need of repair and the warning lights were on the whole time. The air pressure in the rear tires were about 20lbs difference.
