Warren WThis location scam to me. I returned the truck on the same day I rented it I rented. (From 9:30 AM and returning at 7:30 PM) AND, they added an extra day and added extra mileage (80 miles) on my bill and claimed I did not return it with gas which I did. The rental fee should’ve been around $86 and they’re charging me 355. Presently I’m in dispute about this and I will continue until I get the truth out. They have cameras and they know I’d returned it on same day I rented it. Also, I have pictures of the odometer to prove that I did not put that many miles on the truck. The manager does not respond to my phone calls. This might have to go all the way to the court. Very disappointing with this location!!!!

James WJennifer was great. I got there and she was able to get me my U-haul with no issues. She went over the pickup and return process with me. When I was done I returned and worked with Jennifer and she made the return easy and made sure I had my final receipt on my email. Great service would definitely use again for any of my moving needs.
Yasser HTruck loading space very dirty which I had to clean before my trip. No one arrived until 30 minutes after my reservation appointment time.

BORIS LI had a reservation today for a 10' Rental Truck @ at A1 MINI STORAGE & when I got there the truck wasn't there but the desk lady drove up in it @1:33pm. Long story short she told me that this truck was reserved for someone else. I live literally 100 yards from this place & the truck hasn't moved sine the dexk lady parked it at 1:33pm today. What kind of hellified business is Uhaul? Why wouldn't she give me the truck? I had to pay 2 people $30 each for wasting their time after waiting for me 32 minutes to pickup the damn truck

BRIANA LThis vehicle was absolutely filthy. By the time I realized how filthy it was I was already late for an appointment. The location person promised to clean it and when I returned there was water inside with the rear doors still open and very wet but this section was clean as promised. However, the driver cabin was nasty and the step rail was not stable. It was slanting at a 90-degree angle which made getting into and out of the vehicle very unstable and dangerous. Lastly, I was not informed that when I returned the vehicle at 3 PM that no one would be working. I was not prepared for the return logistics including uploading pictures and logging onto your web site. Quality control and accountability could this location

Lolita KI originally reserved one location online however my truck was not available when I went to pick it up. This was a huge inconvenience to me to have to find another location because the mistakes on your end. Next time it needs to be made clear that reservations are not guaranteed because mine sure wasn't and I booked weeks ahead. I also had to drive all the way back to the same location when before I choose to return it at a location closer to my move.

antonio cJennifer was more then amazing! I’d been calling around all morning trying to find a truck. I called this location and she informed me that she also didn’t have anything. About 2 minutes later she called back and told me that she refreshed her system and the reservation she had switched to a later time and that I could come and pick up the truck. When I got to the locations everything went smoothly and fast! I would definitely recommend this location and Jennifer, everything was FANTASTIC!

Breonna PThe lady who helped us ended up charging us $30 Fuel fill up service plus fuel charge after she told us we didn't have to stay to check out. She could have checked the truck before we left but she insisted for us to leave and she would send us the receipt via email. She sent us the receipt 3 mins after we left the store. It looks like she did that on purpose so she can charge us all the extra fees. We weren't aware about the extra fee. We did stop at the gas station to fill up before we returned the truck. If she checked the truck while we were there then we would have taken the car to the gas station next to the store to fill up but she wanted to charge the extra fee thats why she rushed us out of the store without even checking. This is not giving a good customer service. The worst location I have ever been. I am going to call and complain about this.
Fasika MAbsolutely no improvements needed. They were very helpful and courteous when helping me rent my uhaul truck after another uhaul location did not have my truck even though I reserved in advanced.. I called the same day, asked if they had the truck, they stated yes and was able to get me in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Again wonderful customer service would highly recommend to others

Stephanie KWish Uhaul would comunicate better on where to pick up and drop off it would have saved us about 45 minutes overall. The location where we went to pick up the truck(2nd place) was very nice and accomadating.
