Van was great, location is kinda away from everything. ... The actual human in this location turned me away when I showed up. I had to convince him I had a reservation. Then all he did was hand me keys - did nothing else and took his time figuring things out (cost me ~5-10 minutes of standing in an empty room with no other customers in front of me).

Michael WShowed up at the agreed upon time. The towing business that I assume does rentals on the side was closed. After a few calls to the online business number someone answered. They did even know about my rental. He tried to get into the system to find my information and huffed and puffed about the lousy system. Finally found me and to send me a text message link to register online. Easy enough. Then I had ti wait for a tow truck driver to bring me the keys. Van was fine, clean and run well. What topped this awful experience was the fact that he instructed me to just drop off the vehicle and put the keys in the mail slot. No problem however a $21 Insurance coverage charged showed up that your phone rep indicated was put on when I dropped the van off. I never instructed anyone to do so and did not see anyone when I dropped it off. That in my opinion was outright fraud in an attempt to slip a $21 charge by me. Your rep said “I will do it as a one time courtesy”. Did she mean give me back the money I was obviously frauderà out of ? Who adds insurance after the rental? I have used another location near me and frankly thought it was the same one. They were very good. You need to exit this provider.

Heather BThis isn’t an actual U-haul location. It is 2 trucks at a towing company. The engine is way past due for maintenance, there were cigarette butts in the ash tray, there is no moving equipment such as a hand truck, or dolly. I paid for a dolly rental and there was no dolly. I made a reservation for 7:30 AM yet this location does not open until 8:30 AM. If you make an appointment at another location and It is updated to this location you should just cancel It before the headache begins.
