The only ‘complaint’ I had was the 1-800 number. The pickup location didn’t put in a specific drop off location on my contract, so I tried calling the number when I arrived in town after hours. I was on hold for over an hour so after hour drop off was not an option.

Taking into consideration the way things are done in Booneville, this is a nice business by local standards. My first suggestion would be to move the office or the lot. They are on opposite sides of the street. There is no one to point out where to drop off the trailer, or to help drop it. It's inconvenient to both the customer and the company, but when you pull into the lot you can bet you'll be the one to cross the street first. The entrance to the lot could use a little gravel but there was a very heavy rain here 48 hours ago, NYE weekend. The owner is friendly enough, but I just don't feel the enthusiasm that Quinton just radiates. My return was processed quickly enough, and easy enough. No additional fees or unexpected happenings.

The mobile experience was very bad at pickup and drop off. Was given wrong location for drop off and was not able to check the truck in and was charged 6 gal of gas for $30 inaccurately. Would not recommend.

Fix the truck, I had to stop several times to check the oil because the oil light stayed on and it gave a check oil pressure warning, also had to add coolant because it started overheating

I was charged for extra mileage, because I had to pick up 10 miles from where I needed to load and then had to unload north of Greenwood, where I booked to. I then had to drop off equipment in Booneville AR where uhaul changed my drop off to. Not enough mileage was allowed for trip.

Overall the truck condition was great. The cabin had sticky spilled coffee or something similar on the center floor and used surgical masks were left behind. The cell phone checkout option did not fully work for me. Check in worked great using my cell phone.

This is the second time I have used UHAUL and I have had nothing but a good experience with them. The first 26 ft truck I got was absolutely great and rode nicely. The second 26 ft truck I got was clean, however the truck squicked all the way of or trip. It was coming from the back of the truck like the box trailer. It was loud and the truck rode really hard. And little bump and the truck would bounce. This was throughout the whole trip. Other than that all was well.

I was supposed to pick up my rental in Paris, AR. Instead I had to go over a half hour to Booneville, AR. Made 2 trips one to get truck and load and another to pick up Tow Dolly. The folks at Booneville were very nice and helpful so I dont really know how to rate the location overall. U-Haul in general did a poor job with pickup.

I believe UHaul businesses, should ALWAYS, tell EVERY customer, it’s Important they twists the Chains, before hooking them to vehicle!! Otherwise, an accident is “Very Likely”! And Every One Of you are aware of this!!

When we pulled up to pick up our truck rental there was a sign on the door that said be back in 10 minutes. The open sign was on but the door was locked. I’m not sure how long the employee had been gone before we got there, but we waited 20 mins before someone pulled up to open the door.
