Make sure the inside of the windows are clean the wiper blades didn't work very well and it made it hard to drive in the rain
Brandon LawThe lady was very rude. Disrespectful did not want to listen to what I needed to do. You haul and refuse to let me have extra mileage due to road closures and have to pick up a trailer till a vehicle from a different town
KAYLA CALLAHANI have only rented blankets at this location and other than a couple dirty blankets this last time, they have always been clean and ready for use on fine furniture and other items requiring protection. I’ll be taking my business there next time..

Balwant SinghSo I rented a20 ft truck picked up on Saturday @10:15 approximately returned on Monday before noon which is what the app told me because I was an hour and 45 minutes later then I picked it up they charged me for a3rd day no one ever said it needed to be brought back before 10:15 the lady said yeah it should have been adjusted when you picked up but wouldn’t change anything when I dropped off very disappointed

Joshua IrwinWe had to drive over 80 miles to pick it up being notified the day before and we literally only went to the uhaul location and to our new location and went over 10 miles was charged for that but you guys made us drive to the pu location far away. Girl at the Kimberly location in twin falls Nancy was very rude when she called. Showed no empathy at all when she told us they had no truck from twin falls to reno she was like drive 80 miles to get it or you won’t have a truck. It cost me extra gas money on the truck and my car. The truck was filthy and had 1/4 of a tank. Very bad experience. I guess you don’t value customer service

William WarnerU charge for a cleaning fee but the gas we don't get paid for we had more gas in the truck more then we had originally. In the lady was rude with a bad attitude.
GERALD MIDDLETONThe lady on the phone was trying to leave early they didn't have any business so that made sense to me, she told me how to go online and set up my rental online I did that, and I got a phone call the next day saying that I stole the item that I picked up the way that I was told to pick it up, and then the person on the phone redid the order and or rental agreement, and then charged me twice as much when I returned it to the same location.

Did not know if they could rent for a trip out of town, took a very long time to input my information, gave us the wrong keys and later found they signed us up for the wrong truck so the mileage did not match when we returned it that evening.

Balwant SinghAfter we arrived home from picking up the uhaul e we noticed the woman who said she would get a dolly never did because it was not in the truck. We called customer service who said go back in get it. We declined as this would be another hour out of our limited time to load and unload the vehicle for moving. The rep did say just let the person we drop the vehicle off with that we never got it. We did that and yet where is it refund? Crazy
Bruce PerryThe online registration process is board line criminal. In the fine print is an indicator that there will be a mileage charge, but it doesn’t prepare you for the sticker price shock when you’re at the counter with the representative. It’s not their fault, but since they’re the one delivering the news, it would be easy for a customer to take it out on them. Shame on you U-Haul!
