Pay attention to detail. The gentleman wrote down the wrong mileage and used the wrong card for payment. There's no way contact anyone at the number listed the phone just rings and rings. It was the worst experience ever. I'll never use this location or recommend anyone to use it!

Explain extra charge about milage let people determine if they want to take the you haul. Plus the rain started to fall and water drops came in on the inside on the drivers side.The cleanliness was ok as the inside of the truck were we sat was clean. But the person that rent was the u haul in tallahassee apologized for not cleaning the back and the outside wasn't all that clean. But we filled out the necessary questions about the vehicle the same day.

The truck was dirty, had empty water bottles and beer cans in the back. The furniture pads I reserved were thrown in the back and was used, not new. I ordered a hand-truck and there was none in the truck. I had to find one in another truck at the location and put it in the truck assigned to me.

I cleaned the truck and I got it to the location in time but when I got there they asked me to take it elsewhere, knowing that it would make me late because of traffic. Not only did I get cheated out of my deposit but they charged me an extra 50 damn dollars the next day. It's bullshit and I feel cheated. I will never rent from u-haul again and I will be sure to tell everyone about my shitty experience!

My pick up time was 10. 00 am. There was no one in the booking office at 10. am and i tried to call them, no one responded to phone call. Office people came at 11..00 am and said they were lazy to get up. Truck was not clean and dead insects were inside the truck.

The representative was an hour and 15 minutes late to work. He did not give me any paperwork, and didn't want to inspect my rig. I do not recommend this location.

Couldn't find a phone number that worked, including the one shown on my rental contract. Took the truck to the location and there wasn't anyone there to accept it. The owner was "gone for a few minutes" so we waited 30 minutes and finally left the key and contract in the drop box.
