I was told I was going to get a deseil with cruise control and it was gas without cruise which was kinda crappy also my air conditioning kept turning off “vacuum leak” but overall I would use you guys again

I had specifically requested this drop off location several hours after picking up my rental I got a text that the drop off location had been changed and had to call and change it back. This has been a very disappointing rental experience I’ll probably use a different company next time

I rented a car dolly and the next day it was told to me that it "was missing from the lot" (i had returned it the same night as directed!). I paid the 45 dollars from the debit card at time of taking possession and 3 days later i have a charge of $135.00 against my checking. I have tried to call your uhaul offices and they say i must call corporate. My first call this am left me on hold for 19 minutes and when i got an answer, there was no operator, just silence. I called again this afternoon and was on hold for 24 minutes and then my employee got after me! I was never given a "sorry" about the probelm that the dolly was not accounted; doesn't your stores have video that they could have watched before bringing this problem to my attention? I am still not sure how i am going to be credited for your over charge. Phil in Roseburg. 541.670.6310

Nice i could drop off to a closed business, but wondering why i was instructed to drop at this site. I clearly said i was going to sutherlin. Turns out theres a place in oakland Ore, just 4 miles away. Almost feel i was baited into paying extra mileage. Not to mention the extra 40 mile drive to drop it off south of roseburg then back to sutherlin. Which obviously created the excess mileage. Also, the guy at the pick up told me it was due back sunday around same time i picked it up friday. 48 hrs thing. Then to find out uhaul charges an extra day for that. The trucks are a pleasure to drive now, but gotta say, your business practices are deceiving at best. Had three more rentals this summer, and pretty disappointed i dont feel i can trust uhaul anymore. All about the money i guess. And sad because ive rented uhaul exclusively for 50+ years. Never been steered for over charging like this ever! Would have been nice to talk to an agent, which im sure they would have seen the issue and resolved it.

not the preferred drop off location, they changed that three times and each time the drop off location got further and further away from my storage and chosen drop off location. Major pain in the A$$.

A sign saying to drop off U-haul. That would of helped a lot.

If the place had people who could answer your questions it might have been better. No one offered to help me hook up my trailer even though there was a guy there and no could tell me drop off instructions when i stopped by to ask so not a great experience. Plus i started with family storage and thats who i wanted to do business with and i didn't appreciate my contract getting rerouted
