The only thing they didn't know was that you could pull levers down to release wheel well. I had to crawl out the back of my car on the trailer to get out. It wasn't their fault they didn't know this tho

Trent McGregorSecond screwed up uhaul rental in six months. My credit card was charged twice, leaving me stuck in SLC with no way to pay for a hotel. And the truck was in Kennewick but the car trailer was in Pasco and I had to go get it. My family will never use uhaul again. Between broken down truck in March and this, you need to fix your business plan from the ground up.
richard thorpon line reservation process took too long. Too many pages of offers for other things. I wanted this location and certain equipment but when I called ahead they did not have the equipment I wanted. I had to make a second call or I would have had to travel many miles away to get the equipment I wanted. Pretty annoying. Not the rental locations fault but rather a problem with on line reservation tool. I do not like it!
Ralph NielsenThe windshield wipers were in awful condition on the truck and made drive by very hard when we hit rain. The truck was also having issues shifting gears and would get to super high RPM before finally shifting. They also didn’t have a dolly or blankets that I reserved.
Madalyn ShiresThe staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, took a very long time to check me in and even let me know where to park, how to drop off etc. They also forgot the dolly and furniture blankets I paid for.
Isaiah EsparzaThe van was provided to us without the employee even looking at it. He literally pulled the keys out of the after-hours dropbox before giving them to us. There was something spilled all over the floor, the gas level was MUCH lower than they claimed, and the mileage was not what they listed on the contract. The guys at A-Z are committing intentional fraud. Bunch of criminals.

Nathan MerrellThe trailer had some used and damaged furniture blankets inside. I had to ask the individual who hooked up the trailer if he wanted to check my lights. We checked only turn signals and brake lights. Found out at the return location the running lights were not working. I was using a factory wired outlet on my vehicle and an adapter for the four prong plug. It was not a problem on my end.
Gregory ObergI picked up my Uhaul and after getting to the location to load my household goods I had to get a step stool and clean the front windshield with windex because it was covered in bug debris. After driving away and on my way to my destination I noticed the dashboard notification that my driver side back tire was low. Due to limited time for my move I decided to wait to check the tire when I stopped for a bathroom break and gas. When I did I saw that the tire was low but since my trip wasn’t but 4-5 hours I decided to keep on going. I tried to get the radio to work. No. It did not, so fortunately my trip wasn’t that long. I drove in silence. The driver side door was also difficult to close. Closing it as you normally would would show in the dashboard notifications that door is ajar When I got to my destination and ready to take the truck back my driver side back tire was dangerously low.

Caleb LahtiThe staff were friendly but the vehicle needed to be cleaned out. It had food and dog hair all over the cab. For some this may not be an issue but the pet’s dander affects my lungs.

Georgia Forsberg3 people in the office and not one of them knew how to rent a Uhaul out. The Uhaul agent doesn't work on Saturdays apparently. This is a recurring issue at this location according to Google reviews. Train more than 1 person to rent Uhauls especially when that person doesn't work weekends!
Jeffrey FlandersFirst of all there was still garbage in the truck and a dolly I didn’t rent. 2nd online it says initial cost of $40 and then I get to the store and because we estimated 60 miles they charged us 141$ and now we have not seen a refund although our bill was only like $87

Emilio FloresWith my truck rental, I ordered several moving pads. I was called the day prior to the move by U-Haul representative to confirm my rental. I asked specifically if that location have the moving pads and was assured they did. When I got to the location to pick up the truck, I completed all the paperwork and was given the key. Nothing was mentioned about pads. When I asked for the pads, I was told they were in the truck. When I got the truck and open up the back, there was nothing in the back. No pads. I went back into the store. And was told well, they are usually in the back of the truck. I feel like it wasn’t just miss information, but dishonest. They confirmed that they had no pads. I was sent to another location in another city to pick up the pads when I get to the new location for the pads, I was told I had to pay for the pads again even though I had paid for them at the first location. I was told by the second location that I needed to submit a form to get a refund for the pads from the first location. Why was I the one that had to shoulder the burden of running around getting the equipment that I ordered several weeks earlier? I finally convinced The representative from the second location to call on my behalf and cancel the order for the pads at the first location. The service at the second location was better, but I was disappointed that the representative did not take the initiative to call the first location on my behalf and initially wanted me to do all the legwork for their blunder. When I inquired at the first location as to why they didn’t look at my order and make sure that I had all the equipment that I had requested, I was told they couldn’t actually see my order or the details of it other than the truck. So again, I don’t know if I was given dishonest information or if the system is really that inapt. But I will more than likely look for another truck provider for my next move in a couple weeks. It was a horrible experience.On the plus side, I’ve had several interactions with U-Haul on Cypress Avenue in Redding California. And it has always been excellent.

Clay SmithThe key return box wasn't big enough for the door lock, so I improvised and threw the lock under the fence since we picked up our rental on a Sunday when the site was closed. I also had a challenge with the online check-in process because GPS didn't recognize that we were at the property to pick up the truck, however, customer service representative we called was extremely helpful. Service at this site was great, stopped in earlier in the week for moving/packing supplies. Overall experience was great with Uhaul.
