KENDAL HI broke down due to a bad fuel pump, the local uhaul wasn't accommodating in finding a replacement truck, but the tow truck driver was.

CHAD GThis location was not the one I chose when making online reservation 2 weeks prior. The day before pickup I received a call saying we must pick up at a location 10 miles away. While the place in Bloomfield was great it was an extra drive we should not have had to make.

JACKIE TWindshield was full of bugs. The air conditioner quit working about 10 miles in to the trip and then started working about 40 miles from the destination,the total trip was right at 400 miles. The outside temp was right at 100. I'm not asking for a total refund,but I think 75% would satisfy me. I did call uhaul about the problem but know one has called me back. If needed I will dispute the charge with my card company.

Anthony GThe rachet systems on the vehicle tow dolly were for the most part not in good working condition. The webbing strap rachet would not release as it should.
PERRY MThe customer service level was terrible. The whole time I was there the owner Doug or dale or something along those lines kept talking badly about other locations. I asked him to stop and he kept rambling on about how poor the service the other places near him was and how they never have any of the equipment needed. I was very disgusted with the over all lack of professionalism expected from a dealer. The office lady took a very long time to process my paperwork as well I was there with a prepaid reservation and I sat in the office as the only customer for over 30 minutes

Mike AMade a reservation for a motorcycle trailer about a week before we needed it, and all seemed great. Our contract stated our pickup time as 4:45 on Thursday, Aug 9, as we planned to use the trailer early on the morning of Aug 10. Monday, Aug 6th, we get a call from the owner asking what time & day we needed it. We told him, and he said that he was planning to extend his vacation, but that he could probably make it work. We went to pick up the trailer at the time stated on our contract and no one was there. There was a sign on the door saying,"Closed until Aug 13." Called the owner and his reply was, "Didn't you get a call from Albuquerque? I called them and they were supposed to contact you." We never received a call from anyone in Albuquerque. He gave us the number in Albuquerque and told us to check with them. In my opinion, HE should have called Albuquerque to get things arranged - that was his job, not mine. We called Albuquerque and they were very helpful and allowed us to take the trailer anyway. Not a good experience at all..... My advice to improve for the next customer? Read the contract, know their pickup dates and times and BE THERE!
