Drop off point was a lot in an odd location. No office. No face to face with anyone. Employee was helpful though, reaching out via text before my return to explain the process and see if I had any questions. Just a personal quirk, I’d prefer there was a “there” there.
Philip RCheck engine light was on, the transmission was about to fall out and there were NO brakes to speak of. Called to request money back and still haven't heard a word. Shady pickup location. Stay away from Tulsa road!
Charles HChris Lane was very approachable and honest. He provided the necessary information to make this rental easy to manage. And, the truck was in great shape with no issues during the rental period.
Jason BI have rented from Chris twice this month. No problems encountered and he has a huge amount of equipment available. He is a very nice man. Would recommend him and use him again. It was a pleasure doing business with him. His personal work area and related business area are quite challenging, to me as a woman, but the area where the u haul equipment is stored is very nice. I get the feeling that he does so much business that finding a proper cleaning service is not something he has time to do. 😸
Martha SOrganize the trailer parking lot, everything is mixed up and haphazardly parked. The operator, Chris, is a nice man. The office is at a different location than the trailers, but this is not a problem nor an inconvenience.
Douglas HDrop off location is different than what is listed in the app. Was informed via text of the actual location. Followed texted drop off instructions, which was texting the owner photos. The whole thing was sketchy. Drop off location is an unattended parking lot/ field of an old building/stable? Then my bank account was charged by this location for $400+ for "missing items". Disputed with uhaul & received a refund. Take lots of pictures & use the app to check out if you drop off here, in this unattended lot.
Angelia RCustomer service and pick up site was in separate places. We had to walk around in the mud just to find our truck. Customer service representative was unprofessional that he went to the bathroom with the door open while I was standing three foot away. The price of the truck I reserved completely changed once I arrived to pick it up being way over what I wanted to pay but at that point I had no choice to back out . The vehicle did not have but 1/4 tank of gas so I had to put extra gas in just to make it 50 miles away. No pre or post inspection with someone, ..you're on your own.
debbie EThe office location (which is not where the trucks are located) is a bit sketchy looking (think junkyard), but Chris was great and took good care of us, and we felt comfortable leaving our car where the trucks were.

JOHN Bthere was NO one at the location, we had to put our keys in a drop box. The address given was not where we dropped off the vehicle. The first location wasn't big enough to even pull the vehicle off the road.
Lisa HI felt very unsafe. I did not get my refund back from this guy. I would never go there again. Not a good or respectable place for U-Haul.

Jody HLocation is not as stated on U-haul website. Was contacted by owner early in the day about procedure for drop off, but it was different than U-haul procedure. The entire process was very confusing. Drop off location is unstaffed.
CORIE NScheduled a pickup and it was at a sketchy garage. No one there. Sign says pickup location at a totally different address. This address was also a sketchy garage with a lot of U-Haul equipment. No one was here either. Had to call for assistance. Customer service was very helpful. Man comes we leave.

Amber MWorst place I've ever seen garbage and junk cars everywhere ! He runs the place out of a nasty truck parked in a jammed driveway.. Then made me drive it to another lot after check in down the road. It sucked !

RONALD FDrop off location is down the road from the actual place. When you call the number at the towing place a guy tells you to go down the road to a drop off location. Kind of sketchy but it works….

Brenda GThe cable for the lights was too short on the trailer. it would have required an extension cable to hook to the truck. No one is onsite at time of hookup to verify trailer condition. The trailer location is down the street from the rental office. Requested an appliance dolly. Rental location does not have one. It was suggested I go somewhere else to retrieve a dolly. I gave this below average simply because of the missing extension for trailer lights and not having the rental dolly at the time of pickup. The staff were very nice. Drop off was easy at same location I picked up the trailer.

jose uThe A-Tow drop off site has recently changed to make drop off easier, so those that hesitated because it used to be behind Big Lots, please give this dealer another shot. His responsiveness was immediate and even dropped a “Pin” to the exact new location via text message. It doesn’t get any easier than that to navigate to the new lot….which, by the way, is extremely easy to drop off your rental. My new favorite U-Haul dealer in the Knoxville/Oak Ridge area!
