It was easy out and easy back in. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and professional. Highly recommend

barbara gEmailed directions do not state the actual pick up address. Stood in the parking lot for 10 min - looking in app to see what was going on (there was a U-Haul sign but ZERO trailers/trucks) which concerned me. There happened to be another person renting that came and called someone who then told us where to REALLY go. The whole process made me feel uncomfortable honestly- but we got the job done. The app is CRAP- needs worked on A LOT. Couldn't sign a page- froze- then went to try again and it froze- upon returning truck it wouldn't allow me to because I "wasn't in the right location " well no joke- because the address wasn't really where I got the truck. All around with this location C- Never again with U-Haul… will be renting with Home Depot from now on (more expensive but very easy process and no issues last time).
Robert Wthe location was sketchy and in a run down car shop. When I stepped into the office it was a mess. The man processing everything was sitting outside in a van that I had to approach. It felt very unsafe.
Rhpnda HLocation for pickup was not at the address listed. I was only able to locate it by following a few U-Haul trucks on the road and driving approximately 1/2 mile from address to a yard where trucks were located. Ordered 1 dozen furniture pads/blankets, they were not loaded and I was asked to find them in a couple of other trucks. Not being local to the pickup city, if I had not seen other trucks leaving the area, I would not have known where to find the lot. Was asked to text picture of milage and gas to a phone number upon return and leave key hidden. Received completed invoice the following morning. Will not use again this weekend when completing the move.
BRADLEY DI can't offer any suggestions for improvement because my experience with Chris was Excellent. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and responsiveness.
LEONARD HAddress isn't where trucks are kept. At that address is simply a messy auto repair shop where I had to interrupt a mechanic to find out where to go to pick up the truck and auto carrier. No one available to give any instructions or answer any questions.

Robert YA Tow is a towing garage that serves as a location to access a U-Haul storage yard about .4 miles away. The garage is cluttered, dirty, smells of smoke, and poorly suited to receive customers. I did receive adequate service from the man who helped me. I suspect a woman or person of color would have found the setting uncomfortable. No assistance was provided to obtain the trailer was provided except for directions to the storage yard. Equipment itself was excellent.
Paul GI did not know that my pickup location was changed until I arrived at my original pickup place at the original time. Uhaul told me I was changed to a place 25 minutes away. I was not notified of this change. I get to the new pickup location and it's a literal tow yard with no U-Haul trucks there. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come talk to me and was told "you need to drive to another place a couple streets away and call this phone number when you get there". So I drove to the location he gave and there were a bunch of U-Haul trucks there. I called the number and spoke with a man who told me that what my trucks number was, where my tow dolly was, and that there was no person onsite to help me load my vehicle to the dolly or to give a tow inspection. I had my 2 year old with me. So, needless to say, but that made my truck pickup just that much more difficult. After moving the dolly and moving my car into position, I loaded my daughter into the U-Haul truck and the truck is completely on empty. The fuel gauge did not move and the low fuel gauge was on. I called U-Haul and was told "we can't change the truck to a different one at the lot, you should be good to drive to a gas station." I had my 2 year old with me and I was not about to drive an U-Haul truck on E with the fuel light on and run the risk of being stranded. I ends up having to wait 45minutes to an hour for a uhaul guy to show up. He was helpful, but all he did was change me to a different truck. This whole fiasco caused me to be behind schedule for 3 hours, which led me to not being able to turn on utilities at my new house that was 4 hours away that day, and we had to go get a hotel. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul and I will be hesitant to using them in the future.
Jacob TI've rented UHaul trucks a few times from ATow, they have always been efficient, respectful and are all around good people to deal with. I always recommend them to friends & family wanting to rent UHauls.

Lacy TBest uhaul experience I've ever had. Chris was right there for everything, made sure we had what we needed and walked me thru the whole process (I am not terribly phone savvy). Excellent, will recommend to everyone who tells me they are moving.

Daniel MEasy Out / Easy In and an extremely easy rental. This is my Go-To UHaul when in the Oak Ridge/Oliver Springs/ or Clinton Area. There's plenty of room to navigate for you first time renters, and plenty of choices for those seasoned veterans looking to move your stuff from one area to another. Also, this is the First Time renting a trailer to move a motorcycle, where the UHaul Dealer didn't try to put me into a garden trailer….and there's a huge difference when moving a motorcycle SAFELY.

GERALD GLocation did not answer or return phone calls (4 attempts). Address given by u-haul, 133 Tulsa Rd, is apparently not where equipment is returned. Provided address has very little space for equipment drop off, and requires doing work right next to a road with active traffic. Stick with a proper u-haul location rather than this mess.
DARYL BPickup process was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Trailer was in excellent condition. Great neighborhood U-Haul dealer. Note that this location is actually located on Tulsa Road not Tulsa Lane as it is listed in the U-Haul database.

RICHARD SA-tow is a dump and is a terrible representation of U-Haul as a company. I have no complaints the gentleman who helped me but the establishment is dirty, cluttered, disorganized, difficult to park at and generally just feels unfriendly. The equipment is parked at another location and seems to be "self-service". All in all not impressed with the experience at all however I was able to get the equipment I needed and was capable of correctly hooking up the trailer myself.

THOMAS BWhen renting this truck I declined the additional insurance "Safemove" - or so I thought. I didn't check it on the order confirmation directly, but only after I received the invoice. Next time I will double check the order confirmation immediately, but apparently it is also not as easy to decline this option.

Brian GThe address is wrong, so when I tried to drop the trailer off the app wouldn't let me. I had to drive to another location before I could complete the return. That location has an area that's about 50'x50' and already had three cars parked there. I had to park my truck on the side of the road and hand push the trailer into the lot. Then the app crashed mid way through the return. I have video of the pick up and drop off for my records. Always do a video walk through for you to keep before and after the rental.

Stanley WWas not told there was a gas charge in addition to the $1 per mile charge...no such thing as a $29 a day U-Haul Rental.
John WOur experience with U-Haul was a good one. The service was from folks who obviously know what they're doing. The only thing that was lacking was some furniture dollies we had ordered, but otherwise everything went well. Would definitely recommend....

Mathew GAfter hooking up the tow dolly and checking all lights were ok I drove to my destination. When I reached my destination the left light had failed to turn on. I also deflated the tires that had a 65 psi maximum rating. The tires were at ~85 psi.
Douglas HGreat communication! Let me know days ahead of time that the drop off location is different from the directions we were given. Chris Lane also was able to provide us three movers to help.
JASON PLocation had no indicators that they were a U-haul location. The location was very dirty and disorganized. I would not want my wife going in there. Interior of truck had not been cleaned. I had to clean out sunflower seeds, etc. from the interior of truck just so I could use it.

Shaun F9:00 am rental was not there. Didn't arrive until 10:30 am. Rented the truck to haul gear to a performance. Started an hour and a half behind schedule.
