UHAUL EXPERIENCE WAS A TRAIN WRECK> The lady helping me in Shelbyville TN was Great. The people in Nashville TN were not great. My entire UHAUL experience has been extremely stressful. They did not have my truck ready in Fayetteville TN and sent me to Shelbyville with no prior notice. They collected my money in full but then tried to run it through again which overdrew my account, until my bank corrected it hours later. Then, they tried to charge me an extra $57 for gas until I proved it to them through photos , that I actually brought it back with more gas than I picked it up. Horrible experience, never again. I complained and no one has yet to contact me. Unprofessional. I should at least have my email or call returned.SHERRY B.
