The attendant was very professional and helpful. I did not end up using the truck for the full five hours only three and put gas in the vehicle above what was required. I was told there would be a refund of some of the fees ... I don't even see an itemized bill.

This had nothing to do with the location, but my reservation pickup location was changed less than 24 hours before my pickup time without even consulting me. I had to go online and change it or I would had to drive 45 miles each way to get the truck. Poor customer service.

Please make sure your trucks don't smell like urine make sure they clean out before the next person take the truck because the truck I rent it smelled like urine and I reported it I went to take the truck back and the guy was gone already so y'all need to do better at cleaning of your equipment thank you and have a great day...

It was convenient to have the truck pulled up and ready to go. The Uhaul system was running slow that day but was not at the fault of the management there. I was sent on my way in a timely manner and felt safe driving the vehicle. Helpful staff.

Your order confirmation was all goofed up. The pick up place did not have my information and had to call to get it. My credit card, which I had used to secure the trailer, was not allowed so had to use a different card. Then there was no advance notice at the drop off site that I would be dropping it off even though I pointed it out to you.

Took 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. almost impossible to do without a smart phone! Had a choice of picking it up in another state or going 35 miles away. So much for making the reservation 2 weeks in advance and walking to the nearest service center to pick it up. A REAL PIN IN THE #@$%&%! NEVER AGAIN

The gal at the desk was very nice but the only person working, and did not know how to hook up the trailer or could provide assistance attaching. Not her fault because the "maintenance guy" was off that day. I was already upset because U-Haul NEVER contacted me about the fact the 5X8 I reserved was NOT available, and I got a 6X12 which was TOTAL overkill for the move I did. Not good customer service, but with U-Haul CORPORATE, NOT A Stor Safe!

Attendant sat on her duff, didn't go outside and inspect trailer and made crippled customer park and disconnect trailer. Then argued with customer when asked for invoice/receipt showing trailer was turned in. The epitome of ignorance working in business and dealing with the public today! Probably will not use UHAUL again.

Unfortunately, the first location we went, on 60th St in Wisconsin to return the U-haul was in an area where my family felt very unsafe. The staff at this location refused to accept the truck and requested WE CALL CORPORATE to make new arrangements! This was very unsettling.

I am not happy with UHaul policy of only being able to drop off a trailer at places that will take them. I could have dropped off the tralier a few minutes from my destination, instead I had to travel 25 minutes one way to return it. I was told on the phone I could drop off in Menominee Falls, when I called the drop off tool free number I was told I had to take it into Milwuakee the next day. Makes no sense when the place I was at had two trucks in an otherwise empty lot.

The office was supposed to be open, but it wasn't. Left the trailer per your support and I took a picture. Then I started getting the late return notices and the phone calls. I had to go back to the drop off location two weeks later and point out their window that there was the trailer. They had the wrong number on their paperwork. Everyone was friendly, but the location should have physically checked trailer numbers.

The hours of operations were not honored. I was told that I could return as late as 10pm. However, I arrived between 945-950 and the gate was closed as well as the office. I had to not only add additional, unnecessary miles, find parking since I could not get a parking permit for the truck, etc

Furniture dolly that I reserved 4-5 days earlier on line was not available when I arrived. The online check-in did not seem to speed up the process when I actually arrived to get the truck. The selection of vehicles at this location is minimal. Go to the U-Haul location at 5701 West Good Hope instead.

I was two hours and forty minutes late returning the trailer and was charged for an entire extra day even after agreeing to change the drop off location to help UHaul inventory and after having to park and detach the trailer almost entirely by myself.

First I had to go to this location because my requested location didn't have the size trailer I reserved. When I arrived a few minutes early there was a note on the saying that they'd gone to lunch. When the employee came back, she didn't have a clue how to hitch up a trailer. I'm an older woman and can't lift the trailer to place it on the ball. I literally had to tell her how to hitch up a trailer and made her check my lights to see if they work. She was not happy. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was charged $65 right away from my card while still at the pick up location. When I saw my receipt online it said my bill was $60. The office wasclosed when I returned the truck. It was supposed to open at 6am I arrived at 6:50 am and the doors were locked.

After leaving we discovered that tail lights did not come on with headlights, even though turn signals and brake lights functioned. Stopped at large u-haul at 57th & Good Hope, but their mechanic was on vacation. No other trailers available. So, we could not drive after dark. Overall, U-Haul is a C-/D+ company, Based on our experience with un-safe equipment and no one available to fix the wiring problem during regular week day hours.

The pads were wet. A dolly was not available even though I ordered it ahead of time. I was charged for insurance even though I declined insurance when I placed my online reservation. I was charged for an extra day even though I only had the truck for about 4 1/2 hours. I checked in online yet none of that data was transferred over to the place where I picked up the truck. I will not be using U-haul ever again.

The receptionist was nice enough. Too bad her computer didn't work so all of the "express" check-in info I had done the day before was an exercise in futility. The woman on the other end of the receptionist's phone call said she emailed me a receipt but I did not receive it.

Wendy was fantastic! She was the best experience I've ever had with UHAUL. Tho i was not able to get the desired vehicle, which was my fault as I'd waited too long to book at months end, she still made it a pleasant experience. I had rented a 17' truck the week before from a different facility close to my locations & it was a below standard service. Times before that just don't compare to the stellar service provided by Wendy! She made the difference enjoyable Give that gal a raise! !!

Be sure that the pickup place has the entire order. Someone gave away the dolly so we had to scurry to find one to use from the maintenance supervisor at my condo.!

I rented a 20' moving truck and a auto transport trailer. This was the first time I had done this, so it would have been nice to get more guidance on how to properly hook up the auto transport trailer to the truck. I kind of had to figure that out on my own, and then when I got the truck/auto transport home, I realized that the safety chains were not hooked on to the car. This could have obviously been very bad. The employee told me that she "wasn't allowed to help hook up the trailer to the truck" which I find difficult to believe since this location is a U-Haul distributor. We had to go to an actual U-Haul location the following morning and they were able to show us exactly how the trailer and truck should be set up. This delayed our departure by about an hour.

They tried charging me double for my rental and double for all expensed fees. They told me I can drop the truck off at any in state/city location then red locked my account so when I dropped it off at a nearer location no more than 5 - 7 miles from them my account was flagged and surcharges amounting to double the actual rates were applied. It is/was the most horrible experience I've ever encountered during any rental process in my entire life. The negligence was unfathomable and the fact that they did the opposite of their promises was very disheartening. Overall horrible experience!! I don't recommend the 7825 W Tower Milwaukee WI 53223 Location to my worst enemy.

Just reviewing my 2015 books and found that this location added a bogus charge on for trailer damage that was not there. They never made an attempt to contact my and uhaul allowed them to charge my card without my permission. Very shady do not use.
