Speed, the new way of renting out was record speed and that was appreciate it because I have my laborers coming from another gig on their way to my place I beat them by 20 minutes back home with the truck

My U-Haul agent beginning with name 1st letter ‘S’ was very attentive to my truck rental needs.She was very polite, customer friendly & efficient in handling my request. HAPPY Customer!

The lady at the location initially said they do not have trucks, I believed her, went to the parking lot to call different locations. The guy on the phone said there is indeed an available truck at the exact location I was in. I went back inside the lady was rude, and not knowledgeable with the surrounding area and offered the bare minimum of help. She even talked to another customer about my case to get him to side with her, which was I felt was disrespectful. I will not use this location or recommend it to a friend. I do not think I will use U haul again because of one uncooperative/rude representative of the company. For the next customer, it would be good for your business, if you have representatives who are somewhat knowledgeable of the area, since the field is directly related to geography. It would also be wonderful to have representatives who are professional and truly care about each one who walks in the door. Thanks.

They did not provide me with the items I requested. The check in I found to be very cumbersome and lengthy. And when I called to complain that I had not gotten my furniture Dolly, The person who answered the phone acted as though she really didn't want to help me. Very poor customer service.

The Truck itself was old, with too many miles on it - more than 155,000 miles, resulting in unstable steering, especially on the freeway.

I returned my vehicle the night before it was too be returned. I got a call 36 hrs later wanting to know when I would be returning it. Advised it was returned already. Thankfully when person looked in system saw it was logged as returned. Not sure what happened. Thankfully was not charged a late return.

The AC in the truck is not cold enough, sweated a lot. And got charged for the extra doll which was not requested and unsealed in the truck. Before leaving double checked with the front desk, but was different than what he said

The person that is renting us the U-Haul she’ll let us know if you’re going to be late with the truck that we should have called instead she charges us for 2 day for rental we had the truck for about 5 to 7 hours she called us but we were busy moving so she should explain that to us before

This was my Second Time Renting and Its Not Bad And They (U-haul) Makes things Very Simple as Long as you Have The Right Legal Information Yet To Have a Plug To Charge Your Cellphone was Awesome Feature Since I am One of those "Woman Drivers" To Only Get Lost Going Down the Street So Having a Plug To Charge Your Cellphone While Using Mapquest was a Wonderful Touch! It Makes Single Life More Safer in a Huge Growing World Of Uncertainty and Not Trustworthy People Such as identity theft Victims Why at Times These are Those Signs of the Times Where Many will Want more Safety Practices Done! And You are Great at this Thank You U-Haul

I Really Enjoyed Using U-Haul it was my Very First Time Renting a U-Haul yet For Years Growing Up With Price Club now Named Costco U-Haul Has been one of those Old Tyme Household Names in my Family When Growing Up With a Father Being a General Contractor To Own His Own Business Construction was Seasonal And We Had to Move A lot Just Due to Moving where the Work For my Father Was.. Yet I Just Know My Father Would be Pleased To Know Some Business Stayed Traditional and So Did His Beloved Daughter to Make Sure I Filled up the U-Haul Trucks Tank as If I was Borrowing My Father's Truck to Move my things With! Thank You so Much U-Haul For at Times Family Passes away Yet it's Great To Know there is an Safe and Healthy Alternative for Those Who Have Lost Our Family Members Thank You U-Haul

I believe the vehicles should go out with a full tank of gas. Renters are putting back more in gas than they use just to make sure they don’t get overcharged if they don’t put enough in

The location and attendant was great. The online check-in process was a disaster. I tried doing it online because the website said it would save me time. It was not made abundantly clear beforehand that I would need two, separate alternate contact persons to verify my eligibility to rent the truck; that uhaul would have to call them individually; and that I'd have to start the process from scratch if one of them didn't know I was listing them as an alternate and didn't pick up the phone right away. It was so stupid, I said forget it and checked in with the attendant at the location instead. He was nice, efficient, and hassle-free. Figure out a better online check-in process.

Truck was dirty inside. During COVID-19 pandemic the website says trucks are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for safety. I don’t think that was the case. Inside window was very dirty making it hard to see during sun glare. Pickup on the app was easy though.

i initially reserved a 26 ft truck over ten days in advance. the day prior to our move, i received a call from uhaul stating that the 26ft could only be picked up at Chino. (way too far) I went to the original location to see if they still had the 26ft truck that i had reserved. they claimed they had just reserved it the hour before. when i angrily explained that i had reserved it 10 days prior, they said the truck could only be used if the truck was returned to their facility so they rented it to someone else. i asked why i wasnt at least called to see if that was a possibility and they just shrugged. i ended up with a 20 ft truck with a round trip and paying for mileage both ways. i also had to enlist additional help with personal trucks with five round trips to pay for. this was the worse service i have ever experienced and i will not use their services again. oh, the 20 ft truck was supposed to have 6 moving blankets inside and there were none.
