Online, it said the can would be .89 cents a mile, when we got to the U Haul place, the lady said it was $1.09 a mile. It is not much of a difference, however, you might want to fix that. It is misleading.

I hope that UHaul does not have this company represent them anymore! The van was seriously dirty inside and outside.

The communication between UHaul and their partner facilities that are contracted by UHaul is terrible. There needs to be a system put in place where you can tell if the office will be closed for lunch or if the facility attendant is out of the office for some reason another. Also, something put in place to the partnering facilities that will notify the facilities RIGHT AWAY when a schedule change has been made!! This caused a major inconvenience for me and my family! When I got to the facility for the second time due to them being on lunch and us having to go back past my scheduled pick up time, they didn't even know my time had changed to an earlier pick up time and it still showed the later pick up time. The facility was great and Jolene was very helpful!! But before my interaction with Jolene, everything else on the UHAUL side was just a mess and the service wasn't the greatest!!! They all just seemed clueless when it came to answering my questions about their partner facility! And that was absolutely stressful and frustrating! There's a reason for my reschedule and when I got to the place NO ONE was there, if they had known of my schedule change when I had contacted UHAUL for the change, maybe things would have ran smoother!! But because they didn't get notified right away, it became a major inconvenience!

As far as I can tell, there is nothing about the Customer Service representative that needs improving However, the software used could be improved by making it more user-friendly.

Everything went great for me when I rented the van. I really appreciate the excellent customer service help Jolene gave me when I rented the van.
