Please fix the lock box or replace the lock. I spent more than 30 minutes trying to open the box, and ultimately it was the proprietor who got it open. The truck was shaking on the road at speed above 45mph that i thought it would fall apart. The app did not work, i called support and the they told me to use the website. That worked but it took a too long. So many questions. When u already have all the answers from last time I rented a truck. Very inefficient and clunky experience.Dmitry D.

Your agent failed to check in the vehicle on time on the 1st of April and subsequently when I called Him today on the 2nd of April he claimed he'd misplaced the key but just found it back. He's charged me a $20 late fee and a few other rental fees. Please refund that or expect me to dispute it with my credit card company. I dislike Uhaul now.Arun P.
The Online check in is problematic as you need to have your email open twice in order to get the verification number while still having the check in app open. You should consider telling people up front that this would be required so that they could choose a text or voicemail option.Daniel A.

Charged me for the fuel, even though I refilled it and took a picture of it. Sign says closing at 6, I got there at 5:50 they were close, so he charged me a $20 fee for dropping keys off at mail box. and charged me for 2 days of the rental, even though I got the car same day at 10 am. The employee was a little overwhelmed by multiple customers and he was the only one there. I asked twice if it was ok to park in their lot while we do the move for a few hours. He said yes and said where to park. Later I got a call from him saying it was not ok to park there and he was worried we may have our vehicles towed. To his credit he did leave a note on the vehicles to hopefully prevent that from happening but we did have to detour with the uhaul which cost us more gas and was completely out of the way. Also the gas guage read less than what was on the paperwork which we have time stamped pictures to prove. I understand that I signed off on the paperwork but we were already delayed as it was. We were charged and extra $16 for gas when we left it exactly how we received it. Due to us having to come back in the middle of our move and relocate our cars, I'm surprised that he still charged the gas fee. I won't go back to that office.Jennifer C.

First time i rented from them i had the vehicle 2 days more than i expected i called and told them anyway i brought it back paid in full but i was added to a black list so when i tried to to rent again i had to call and find out why was i on a list they said that they forgot to let them know that i paid so that took time in wich i was late so i had to pay my help extra for standing around and then this time ran my credit card 100.00 dollars more than estimated charges ill never forget the extra stress they put me through there a joke there customer sevice tells you one thing and the place that you pick up tell some different you guys suckDavid G.

The picture of the truck that I was supposed to pick up was not the correct truck and led to some frustration in trying to open the lock. Uhaul live chat also thought this location was open on Sundays but they are not. My truck also did not have the hand truck or blankets I requested, which made moving more difficult. I was refunded for the cost but was not given any additional discount for the inconvenience. One of the live chat representatives was kind of condescending when i was trying to open the lock (on the wrong truck that I was directed towards). I said that I had tried the other truck and it opened and she said "sorry?" I was then handed off to a different live chat person and told to go inside the store to get my blankets and hand truck, which, again, was closed.jordan B.
