This is the worst experience ever. For 29 miles I was charged $172. The guy at the store wrote on the system a different vehicle information from the one we received. I called him and he did not do anything for us. He said that his contact will call me, but I never happened. Horrible!! I won't recommend this location to anybody and I won't recommend to use your services ever. I know you have gps on every truck, go ahead and check the vehicle that left that store Friday may 17 at 5:35pm. Compare info he submitted and miles. TOTALLY WRONG!

My reservation had to be changed. I had to wait until after 11:00am to pick up my equipment. I was told to be there at 11:00am, store was not open, had to call to have someone come in and open. The man that came to help, Joe was very helpful, but he stated several times he was just a friend of the owners and didn't really know what to do.

The gentlemen who was working seemed like he did not know what he was doing, it was as if it was his first day on the job and no one to guide him. It took over an hour in the office just to do paperwork. It was not a clean environment.

Make picking up the trailer faster

As I arrived to the place I saw a guy who I thought was renting a truck, but then I think he worked there because he told me where to park the truck. After I parked it he ask was the trip good and I told him "no, it was actually bad. The trucked stalled out on me more times then I could count. Every red light I had to restart the truck because it had shut off on me and when I would turn it sounded like the trucks axel was going to fall off. I didn't not feel safe." At this point I thought he was going to give me a discount or something because of my trouble, but he just said he would take it in to get it looked at. Overall I am not satisfied with the service. I paid $200 to have to take a longer route, not feel safe while driving, and not even get an apology or discount for my trouble.

This was the 3rd drop off location we had to use as the preset confirmed drop off location REFUSED to accept the drop off. If a location is confirmed, customers should NOT have to find a new location. UHaul should PROACTIVELY contact customers before any issues with drop off locations
