I wish I could give separate reviews for the vehicle and everything else. The facility was clean, and the lady at the counter was very professional, helpful, and understanding. The items from the store were clean and worked well. The truck, while it got the job done, was dirty, had a leaky tire, and stalled out on a busy freeway. I've had good luck with UHaul in the past, so I'll probably stick with them for the next move anyway.DANIEL GEORGE D.

My way initial confined reservation was cancelled 14hrs before I was going to pick up the truck @ the Redford location. I was given 2 options: to pick up a smaller truck downtown Detroit after 3pm, or drive 60 minutes from my house to get the 26ft confirmed reservation in Flint. This is horrible customer service. The people at your Flint location were very helpful, and drop off was fine. This is unacceptable service to cancel a confirmed reservation the night before. I was told to â€œdeal with itâ€?? Customer service was rude and uninformed. Refused service due to my drivers license expiring in July(renewal appointment set for 9/11 during a global pandemic) and had to call U-Haul customer service to Get approved. Requested district manager call me but that has not happened yet Once I got the trailer it was awful. Dents dings and scratches all over the outside. And the worst brakes of any straight truck I have ever driven. Then somehow they managed to overcharge me by 80 miles. Now I have to wait for the same manager I wanted to speak to at the beginning to call me back to maybe approve my refund. Just the worst experience I've ever had. And the last. I hope the extra $80 was worth losing a lifelong customerCharles R.

This place is a great storage place. I have 2 storage units there and i would reccomend that to anyone. However, when I returned my uhaul, the clerk incorrectly entered the return mileage, which more than doubled my charges to my card. It has been over a week and the funds have yet to be released back to my bank. The lack of urgency and concern on the clerks part due to HER mistake concerns me!! I have been charged fees due to this mishap.David R.

uhaul customer service told me i was going to receive $50 because of having to come to this location because the original locations office was closed and i had a previous issue with a 3rd location a few days prior. UHaul has still not given me the $50Jennifer D.
Had no clue that the trailer did not come with a dolly or the flat pull out that you can pull out and walk, neither was it recommended. Wasn't instructed in how to disconnect it and the last that help to install did her best due to her surgery.Ronesha S.
