Raul N.The lady I dealt with on Friday was the most rudest person I've ever dealt with. NO customer service, Her kid was crying as I was trying to resolve an issue which is very unprofessional. She also argued and was very rude to me telling me I had to turn in the U-Haul the next day even though my contract stated I had two days, I had to push and push before she finally said your right. She wasn't willing to try to resolve the other huge issue. I was in a major meeting and all the executives, board members and high up were in the meeting (probably 35ish people) my phone was connected to blue tooth so everyone heard her and they were astonished as to how rude she was and how she choose to handle the situation. I will not be using U-Haul for my needs again.

RAYMOND RICHARD H.Trailer was very nice, but had a bad tire and bounced at 52-55 mph. I notified the location manager and they said they would fix it immediately. Great service and great Management.
