Great customer service thanks
marcia FAfter spending $3660, returning the vehicle one day early and in beautiful condition with blankets folded and gas tank visible at 3/8 full (which is the level at which i received the truck in Lake Geneva, WI) - i was billed $20 for 4 gallons of gas in a 60 or 80 gallon tank. The terms that come to mind is money-grubber or cheat for a few bucks. Nice way to say good-by to a customer.

LAWRENCE IMore advertising on the road is needed to make the location known. A very busy road made it difficult to identify. U-haul Vehicle parking was a walk away, not convenient for a busy city.like Miami.
mark mReplace windshield wipers, leave a full tank of gas, fix the A/C in the cab, and fill out the paperwork correctly online so I can pick up my equipment at the time I scheduled my pick up.
Timothy Mincorrectly logged the return mileage to charge me more. I returned it after I added gas and they charged me AGAIN for more gas. the truck they provided has really bad tires. Never again! They were very quick to charge more money, but waited several hours before they sent me the final receipt. BEWARE!

Ryan BPeople are very nice and attentive. The only thing is that the van was very filthy on the outside and banged up and also for some reason after I declined to obtain insurance on my online reservation, when I arrived to pick up rental I was forced to take the insurance. She said Uhaul no longer rents without. Later I called UHAUL personally and rep very kindly refunded my insurance money.

Fernando EWhile I was reminded of the truck being returned cleaned there was debris from a prior client on the box of the truck, The cabin left a lot to desire also... I returned the truck within hours on the same day and on Monday, Uhaul was calling me to ask me when will I return it. evidently, the truck was not checked back in. I returned it while the store was still open and spoke to a young gentleman when I did. Returned the truck with more gas than I took it in, however, the receipt shows I returned it with 1/2 tank and took it out with around 3/4 (not true). Next time I will have to go to a different Uhaul agency.
