The process to obtain and return the keys was a little confusing. The number to call had no voicemail so we emailed to make sure we did it all ok, but otherwise the remote process to obtain the code and return was pretty good.

Was charged extra for miles, the mileage was incorrectly input, and the store employees were nowhere to be found after I returned the vehicle. Haven’t heard back from anyone in regards to being refunded for incorrect mileage.

Charity OliverHave better customer service from the the corporate side. This has nothing to do with the location where I picked up or dropped off the trailer. It all stems from no one in the corporate level being able to help with a situation. I called to inform that I couldn't possibly make it back in time so I need to extend a day or just a half a day. Well that was fine until I was told by a operator that the trailer needed to be back by 8 in the morning because they already rented it to someone else. So all I was asking since the return time was 3p.m. that should I have to pay for a full day instead of half a day or prorated. And I talked to multiple people and to no avail they couldn't answer they keep telling I need to talk to the next person that couldn't help or had nothing to do with the situation. So needless to say I had to make sure trailer was back over 6 hours before my drop off time. Which I made sure if to not mess up the other customers day to be all messed up. But to no avail I pay full price. Nothing was resolved and it was a total rio off. So needless to say I will never use U-Haul again and I wouldn't recommend the entire company to anyone. But as far as the service from this location was amazing, very polite. Very hard to get in and out of location besides that no issues beside the ones with corp.
