The online checkin and checkout needs to be made simpler. It took 30 minutes to check out, checking in I was charged for gas that was refueled at the right amount.
FRED BRADLEYThe dolly I ordered was not with the truck and when I called uhaul they sent me to a place that didn't even have them. I was using Millage looking for the hand trucks. I just gave up and the movers had to do without. That was very frustrating. So, I recommend that you do better with knowing you inventory.

The next day after I returned the truck cleaned out unlike it was when I got it I receive a phone call from the front desk attendant. A girl with a bushy pony tail and light skin. She called me accusing me of stealing what was left in the truck then gave my personal info to the customer who left their belonging. (Copy of my id and customer info.) this has been the absolute worst experience with U-Haul. The girl need to be fired she violated the Law by giving my personal information to a stranger! The stranger texted me a picture of my ID!! This is unacceptable and I will be seeking legal assistance.
Brittany GoodmanUpon pick up the truck’s check engine light was on. The truck was obviously not cleaned. A cigarette but was left in the ashtray. The check engine light caused a minimum 4 hour delay to my move while having movers on site with me.
Erica SmithRent enter fro dogwood confirmed pickup for truck but they called night before to postpone to next day afternoon. They did not have truck and overbooked several other people there., they promised $50 if I go to panola and then I got there the resevation was cancelled I do not get 50 the truck was dirty no hand truck no pads that I already paid for. They clerk was smoking illegal drugs. Not safe location, not family friendly. Truck had mattress in it and I’m not even describing a fraction of what was wrong. I have been a customer to dogwood drive for decades.,I will not go there ever again, I will not go to panola road.,I will never recommend the uhaul company to anyone, ever, because the help desk confirm the truck was ready, I relied, and it was a lie. I only was gone the truck for 9 hours which was changed after I got the truck when the agreement was 24 hours, AND the help desk can not coordinate with the store employees, who by the way were stealing property from the employer. I witnessed it. There were so many ethical and professional issues I could never rely to use Uhaul again. Gordon Hall

Eugene CollinsThis location was convenient to my location for drop off, however the male personnel at the front desk is very rude and made my drop off experience honorific. I dropped off the truck and he made me wait to have the trucked checked in, only to tell me 25 minutes later that his manager was the one to inspect the truck and she was coming in to work the following day. The guy was short tempered and seemed to be annoyed about me dropping of the vehicle. I have 2 more one way trips and would avoid doing business at this location!

Natasha GeffrardI reserved a 20ft truck with an appliance dolly. Upon arrival to pick up the truck and equipment I was told there wasn't an appliance dolly available...would have been nice if I would have known that before reserving at that location. The dolly made up half of the job which would be impossible without that type of dolly. So I had to rent the appliance dolly from another UHaul location.

Michael Storystole my money, charge for gas they say I didnt put in. LIARS refused to check truck went i retured it. NO CUSTOMERS were there. No receipt. NOW THREE DAYS LATER, AFTER MANY CALLS STILL NO REFUND. SMH openning a case with the better business bureau. this isnt right after looking at the reviews, i wish i checked reviews first. Also calling congress, if this is what is allowed, vote for someone else. by: MAD AS HELL
Lynn WalkerMore transparency. I didn't get a receipt until the next day. I wasn't aware of the $100 charge on my account. The inspection did not take place before or afterwards. I was told to take pics so I can dispute charges later. I'm used to doing inspection with a uhaul rep and always knowing my charges and also being given the option of cash payment upon return and have immediate receipt. Still waiting on adjustments to my account. If I wasn't a person that was financially stable this would've really caused me harm. I suggest working on more transparency versus warning people to take pics in case you have an issue with what we are going to give back to you. I've just never seen anything like this before. I've rented uhaul several times and have never had this to happen. I have another office to pack up next month, I'm happy to say I will rent with uhaul again but only at my usual side of town. Never ever ever again with this location.

Latoya WillamsThere customer service for this location being on time is poor, they are in need of help I tried to be understand I arrived first, then another person, then the employee that did not have keys, then another, another, he served all these people because he said vehicle had not been checked in. Also we had disagreement on the gas mileage, but I always take pictures. The owner told me he would not agree with me on it unless I had a picture which he was right there with me, ok so I took a picture. He tried to put a higher gas mileage, but the system kicked it out and said empty. I also didn't notice that he had put in a different time for pickup, he put 11:01am when it was really 11:50am which would have my drop off time after the business closed which I did tell him before I left, drop off would be after 4:50pm. Which would have made it all day as originally computer calculated. I took before and after pictures of the vehicle not clean and me cleaning it up. And it was very strong of smoke smell he told me too keep the windows down, which was hard since it was very cold that day. My friend had an asthma attack from the smoke left behind. Previous person did not heed the clear no smoking sign.!!

Movers and coordinators were thrown off and attempted to accommodate the change. I won't ever waste my time again. Terrible parking lot as well.

Shanta McMillanCostumer service was bad. She was too mean too quick. I had a valid question about dolly cost. It was not explained correctly. It was only seven dollars but I was under the impression that it came with truck. It’s easy to slam the door on a customer. It’s harder and shows more class to actually try and help. She choose to slam the door on a client for the moment and for all future needs. I will be sure to spread the word.

I am and was very disappointed in the equipment that I have rented. Who’s I could have my money back FYI this will not stop me from renting from y’all but this is jus one of the times I want my money back this was unacceptable!!!!!
Mya RegistreLaShonda was rude. She contacted me accusing me of still having the key. Then my account was charged an additional $55.44 because I was 26 minutes late turning the truck back in. Therefore I was charged and entire day. I am not pleased with this nor customer service at all!!

JOHN DOUGLASAll costs should be explained completely. Then some instruction info should be given to those not familiar with the operation of the vehicle i.e. the traction control feature as it relates to fuel economy.
