The return for the vehicle process was more than expected. They should either provide information on its process or discuss it at length prior to your move. It involved taking pictures of the odometer and other areas. I was unaware of this and had already placed the keys in the drop box prior to checking the truck in by phone. That did not work well.

the truck was a little messy in the back. I mentioned it to Patrick and swept it out for me I don't usually complain, but he let me know if anything was wrong, he would fix it, and he did!!!!!

Make sure that the inside is clean. I shouldn't have to sweep out a trailer that is supposed to be clean before I can load my stuff in.

U-Haul constantly changes where you pick-up and drop off. Very irritating. Seems like they reserve pick-up and drop-off close to what you want, but then as the hour approaches to actually pick-up they move the locations further from where you wanted. Makes them more money I guess. Not nice.

The location was great. The UHaul service was a pain. I’m a frequent renter and I reserved the truck the night before. That meant all my info from the driver to the drivers license to the payment had been completed. I had to go through it all again at the rental time - took about 20 minutes - what a waste of time. Time to get efficient with your system and your customers.

I was happy to get the truck I wanted, however, I was late in returning the truck and had to pay an extra day's charge for that. Patrick was good to deal with, but, did let me know that because I was late, another customer had to go somewhere else to get their truck. I will use this place again, I was treated well.

Couldn't ask for a better place to rent a truck!! Patrick was good to work with, great service under pressure. He asked all the right questions and did everything he could to save me some money. I ended up getting a smaller truck, and it was the right decision. Next time, I'll set my needs up here before calling and waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Thanks guys!!!!

I was there on a Sunday, the place was packed. The gut behind the desk was acutely aware of all around. He was bust helping another customer and he took the time to let me know there was coffee or water if I needed it. My turn, and he let me know that he was sorry it took so long. I'll be back!!!!!

I was late in returning the truck, and the gentleman was nice enough not to charge me another day's rental. It was late by an hour, but to them it was more important to them that I finished my moving. This is my 3rd rental from this location. EXCELLENT!!!!

The mobile device pick-up was awful. I had to wait till the store opened to get my truck. That process would put me off renting from a UHaul again.

Lady was kind of rude. Truck was given to me dirty and in rough shape. Also had a hole in the roof and my stuff got wet while transporting during my move.

I had to drive 4 hrs out of my way to pick up a truck that should have been in denver where I rented it from and not have to drive to colordo springs to pick up the truck, I lost 9 hrs in travel time getting this mess sorted out. And the ride in the truck was horrible, like having no suspensionon the truck at all, I totallythought the truck had a serious mechanical problem and called road service. But here to find out it all changed at the colorodo and Nebraska stateline. I mean i never been shaken that bad in a vehicle, but now I realize its the road that is bad that causes this shaking, but still I think your trucks need a air ride system to combat the horrible roads. I felt every crack, hole, bump on that trip to iowa then to maribel Wisconsinand then to Pennsylvania. Lets say I will never drive interstate 80 again in a uhaul, just seems a normal straight truck doesnt shake apart like uhauls trucks. But then to arrive at the last place and not be able to pick up cause the truck says its a 26 ft but only has 23.5 in in the lower area, I had to leave the product there and head home so it was very disappointing to come all that way to leave the last stop there and couldnt take it home.

Representative was busy with another client, but took my paperwork and showed me where to park instead of having to wait for them to be done. Was easy process and grateful for respecting my time while not ignoring the other customer.

The driver side visor was broken and kept getting in the way! The man working there (I think was Patrick?) was nice to me, but very rude to the other lady there. Very short fuse and just not that helpful to anyone! I returned the truck and never heard from them again
