1. My unit was clean. The outside aisles were often had lots of ruts and craters in the dirt, and had no drainage in the rain or snow. 2. The area seemed secure. I didn't enter at night so I don't know about the lights. 3. There didn't seem to be anyone there for a lot of the times I was there. To be fair, I didn't drop by very often. 4. The gentlemen I had spoken to were helpful. I think Aaron was the gentleman I've spoken to lately and he was friendly. I spoke to a woman after I rented a truck for May, and she was abrupt. I told her that the lock would not close to lock on the back lock. She was curt and showed no customer service skills. It was her behavior that got me thinking it was time to leave. I'd been with you people for 4-5 yrs and I didn't need to allow myself to be treated like that. 5. I don't know if I would recommend your facility. The unit was kept free of animals, spiders and bugs. The aisles were not kept in good shape. They looked like they never got leveled off. And the woman who works there could use a lesson in courtesy. The last thing I needed, after moving all day, was her telling me I didn't deserve money off for having to buy a lock at 10pm the night before. Like the pick-up, the drop off was completely unsatisfactory. My contract stated I could drop off on Broadway in Boulder. I received a text that I had to drop off in Longmont, a 35+ minute drive each way out of my way. After calling Customer Service to change this I was told that I could not drop off in Boulder, even after explaining that my contract said Boulder and I didn't have tome to drive the hour plus out of my way. I wish I never rented from UHaul and will not again if I can help it.ROY D.

Despite all my skepticism, the experience with the place overall was pretty smooth. A woman at the check in was super nice, helpful and informative and dropping off the truck was also relatively easy. The main downside was UHaul website and the app. Both are crap. They did not recognize my DL (that's why I had to check in with the person, not app) and then I got an error after I finished the checkout and payment that got me worried if everything (most importantly the payment) went through (it did).Maxim S.

Rented a unit for years while I was out of state taking care of my mother, my stuff was secured and rented a truck from here to move my stuff out. They are very good at calling if there is an issue and they contact you right away. Dropped off truck around noon on Saturday and no one was there. Posted hours are until 2:00 pm. Gate was locked and was only able to drop off truck because a storage renter came in and opened the gate with their code so I could drop off truck. Tried to book the u-haul dealer 3 blocks down the street when we reserved the truck, but the app would not let us since this was 3 blocks closer. The location 3 blocks away was open with people working. Also, when using the app and booking movers, the app automatically sets the number of rental days and will only let you book the movers on the last day of rental. Need to make the moving help date adjustable because it affects cost and availability of movers. Many people may not need the full rental period to load, travel, and unload.Mark U.

Had to ring 4 times before someone opened the gate. No one ever came to show us where to drop the trailer. There was junk, trash and old cars parked everywhere. Would definitely never use this location again. There's a much better drop-off a few blocks away. We will only use that other location from now on.CURTIS E.

Worst UHaul renting experience, and I have rented from UHaul many times. 1. Manager was not in the office nor available by phone when I and UHaul Corp tried to reach her. 2. Manager was not in the office when her location was scheduled to open the next morning. I ultimately was able to reach her by phone. 3. Manager arrived 20 minutes late to work and proceeded to give me a hard time for not picking up the truck the night before. Ma'am, how can I do that when you are not in the office or answering your phone? 4. Manager told me she was waiting for me with my truck ready the night before... yet the parking area was covered by 12-16 inches of melted snow. Nothing had been shoveled. My shoes and socks were soaked from having to stand outside in melting snow while she fumbled to get everything clean and ready. The truck was covered in 12-16 inches of snow. My dolley was not in the truck. She only had 24 moving blankets when I had initially reserved 48. 5. Her mismanagement put me 18 hours behind schedule. I do not recommend this location.SHAWN A.

There was a slow leak in one of the tires, we noticed it halfway through the trip and put air into it... we estimate the tire was at 10 lbs when we realized the problem. After we filled it, it lost only 2 lbs by the time we reached our destination. I regret the additional load the low tire on the trailer put on my 17 year old car, for the hundreds of miles before we recognized there was a problem. All is well in the end but wanted to let you know about the leak.JENNIFER A.

The woman who checked me out was perfectly friendly and helpful, just as you would expect a customer service professional to be. On that basis I should have rated the overall location "average" but in this day and age of constant ratings, I didn't want to ding the place. The equipment was well used and could use some maintenance but it got the job done and that's really the only important thing. I WOULD definitely recommend the location to a friend.Frank L.

Place locked up when we arrived even though it was during operating hours. I used a â€œneed helpâ€ button and someone let me in remotely. It turns out, an employee was sitting there in a truck the whole time and did not get out to help me In the lot, park the trailer or unhook it. Not good service.John B.

The location was very difficult to find. The phone number for this location that was printed on my contract was not correct -- it was a U-Haul customer service number, and when I called to try to get information about how to find the drop-off location I was on hold for 10 minutes or more. When I finally found the drop-off location, it was closed, but they had a phone number to call. They were able to open the gate remotely and I was able to park the truck, drop off the keys and leave.Robert V.
I rented a truck for 24 hours I rented it at 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday the next day Thursday morning at 8:30 I get a call from some lady stating that the truck is late and they're going to call the police say the truck is stolen. When I arrived my dolly was not in the truck. I called the 1-800 number and was told to wait until 9 when the location opened. After waiting around for approximately 25 minutes someone did show up-for the other business located on the property. That employee told me that no one from Uhaul would be coming in because they rarely come to the location. He also stated that the only way to contact them was through the (broken) help button on the call box. He didn't have a number. Not having the dolly was rather inconvenient, but even more so was the time I wasted waiting for someone who was never going to show up. When I went to return the truck, the return instructions on the website didn't provide the gate code. After another 15 minutes on hold, I finally reached someone who gave me the code-but the gate didn't open. It kept saying to call the manger, which, as we've established, was not possible. The person on the phone did try calling the number on file, but she was unable to reach anyone. I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly the gate opened. I was able to return the truck and pick up my car, which I had left in the lot. Due to the length of time I spent waiting to return the vehicle, I missed an extremely important appointment. We used Uhaul for our cross-country move last year and were considering using your services when we move back this year, however after all of this I'm not sure that will be happening. I rented this truck because I am a teacher, and I was recently let go from my position. My car doesn't have enough cargo space to clear out my classroom, and it needed to be done in one day. This rental ordeal made an already difficult experience even more painful and stressful.Christine B.
Everything worked out but there was a delay at pickup. Something was glitching on the app but the guy who could see me on the camera and helped me was amazing. The location and personnel are great! The condition of the truck was horrible. There is clearly something wrong with the transmission as it would often times rev very high before it finally down shifted. The plastic panel under the steering wheel fell off while driving - very dangerous. We got it back on, but someone should check it.Kathleen V.
