No one was there. Our location was changed last minute, I chose an open location and they changed it to what appeared to be a closed/abandoned building. We did not receive the equipment we rented and it was a hassle to get the app to work properly to get the lock code. Everytime I would check in, I was sent back to the login screen. We called UHaul and got sent to several people before being told they couldn't do anything since the location was closed - again was not our choice! They said they would refund the missing equipment rentals and I was still charged for them. Very unhappy this time since usually you all are my go-to moving company but service and standards were not up to par this round...Brandon D.

The trailer rented to me was dangerously faulty and almost resulted in catastrophic failure. The trailer lights were inoperable when we left this Uhaul location with the trailer. I had to go to another uhaul location for an additional piece. The trailer lights came on but malfunctioned the rest of the trip, causing me to be pulled over by law enforcement. The officers threatened to have my vehicle impounded but I was able to get the trailer lights working again. Furthermore, despite multiple attempts to correct it, the drivers side wheel strap on the trailer became unattached twice. This could have easily resulted in the total loss of my vehicle, as well as serious harm to myself and other drivers on the road. I hesitate to ever use Uhaul products again in the future if Uhaul is in the practice of renting out faulty and dangerous equipment. I expect and demand a full and immediate refund.SAMUEL P.
Good Experience. The only issue I had was the design of the dolly. It takes 3 hands to release the ratchet securing the tires of the towed vehicle. Unfortunately I was only given two.MARION H.

Physical location was very average and small. Service was excellent.Vincent A.
It wasn't the pick up place that was the issue. It was the fact that we had to drive an hour out of town just to pick up the truck. Then having to drive to another location to pick up our dolly, only to find that one of the tires were damaged so we ended up waiting another 30 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Then after arriving to our location 200 miles away, we got stuck in our driveway trying to turn it around because the grass was wet and we were an inch off the concrete. We called for dispatch because we tried for 30 minutes to get it out. They said it would be 90 minutes. Then after waiting 75 minutes, the driver called and said it would be an additional 90 minutes because he's helping the ones that need immediate attention first. Luckily a neighbor had a big truck and towed us enough for us to get out. Then another neighbor helped us unload. The drive called us an hour after we finished unloading and I told him we didn't need him and we avoided a $325 What to do better, is that you could offer a service for someone to bring the truck to you. Then make sure the equipment doesn't need assisted once someone drops it off so that the next person doesn't have to wait for it to be fixed.STEPHANIE R.
