Absolutely nothing!! The man who helped me went above and beyond not to mention over an hour to help me. I was in a very scary situation and he helped me calm down and had me in tears because he was so nice!! Thank you so much for having employees like this, it's not everyday that someone goes as far as he did to make sure I had everything and to help me in such a way he did!! A million Thank you's!!!!!

The business owner was very rude. I waited for over an hour to simply pick up a trailer I had previously reserved. He was busy helping customers who came into the store a good twenty minutes AFTER I did. He upcharged the uhaul hitch almost twice the cost. He refused to help me get the trailer on. There was another man there who did assist me but was unsure of what he was doing. I waited so long the link that is texted to check out the trailer when you leave with pictures expired. Again, the owner was extremely rude and just shrugged his shoulders. I will never ever go here again. I asked for a refund twice and was denied.

They didn't had the appliance dolly I requested, so they sent me to another store to get one. Was there for half an hour answering questions, just for the dolly, eating into my moving time.

Return was excellent. Our pick-up was a mess. We had an incorrect location which was only one block from the correct address. The computer where we tried to check in did not have any information on my reservation and ended up sending across town to an incorrect location. I finally figured out the problem after a couple of hours in major traffic. The clerk at the location where we got the truck was excellent as was the owner of the furniture store where the truck was located.

The location was not prepared upon arrival to issue the equipment. I waited in excess of 30 minutes for the vehicle to be processed. The primary business for this location is a furniture store & Uhaul is secondary, the service received made this evident.

The staff at A Good Home told me he didn't know anything. He was like a pizza delivery guy. I got on the phone on hold with Uhaul to find out how I was going to be charged since the van was late being returned. Once the van got back, he had a contact to call - I never got through on the number given on my contract. I had paid people waiting for me to come with the van. I was 45 minutes late. 15 waiting for the return, 15 for him to check in the van and another 15 for him to check me in (which started the contract) and then he had to bring me the dolly and the blankets. And then I had to do your online check in with photos and mileage correction, etc. I won't ever use a site that tells me "I don't know anything, you have to talk to Uhaul directly." Very poor communication. He didn't even know that I had rented the van or that the last customer hadn't returned it on time. He just looked at me and said "I don't have any vans." When I gave him my confirmation, he took out his phone and said, "Oh, I did miss a call" which was the last rental calling to tell him that he was running late. Very frustrating on a very frustrating moving day. But the van was great.

Made this reservation approx 2 weeks before the schedule pick up date at Longs Peak Parker Location but got transferred to Holy St , Centennial location due to unknown reasons which is approximately 10 miles away from original booking location , just accumulating 20 miles for picking and dropping off. Real surprise starts when I reached to pick the truck , they don't have 20 feet truck and never carried a 20 feet in their inventory. My question to U-Haul scheduling team:- 1. Moving reservation from one location to other , giving justification that 20 feet is not available at earlier location added approximately 20 miles . But how can you reschedule it the location which doesn't carries 20 feet in location. 2.Nobody from U-Haul called to update that 20 feet is not available at that location on scheduled time?At least U-Haul team have updated me earlier so I have sometime to coordinate with my movers? 3. When I reached for pickup then I came to know only 15 feet is available, apparently which I can get at original location. 4. Who is responsible for 20 miles pickup and drop off , 2 Trips for shifting and 2 extra hours for movers payment?

There was confusion about the rate. The advertised rate was $20 + 60c/mile. The rate at the counter was $80 + 20c/mile. I now understand the 2nd rate is a better rate and that it was invoked because I was planning to put over 100 miles on this trip. But the reason for the rate change was not explained to the representative and did cause some confusion and resulted in a long delay. I wanted to avoid rush hour traffic but due to the delay, that's exactly what I drove into. Secondly - FIX YOUR WEBSITE! I do not appreciate "modal" blocking my screen when I ask the website to display more rental locations or even a specific rental location - and never exiting modal mode. I gave up after over 30 minutes and called in to talk to a representative. The call wait was slightly shorter at around 20 minutes for a 3 minute conversation. I used Chrome and Firefox to visit uhaul.com and the website would hang with either when I asked it to display information on a specific rental location - you know, like the one that actually has what I want. Fix your website and the wait time / volume on the phone will decrease. THIS ALONE is why I prefer to rent with Enterprise or Penske. Penske has the shortest checkout time at 7 minutes max. They are the golden standard to strive for!

I had to wait over an hour to pick up my truck at a location different than I requested. I was not notified of the Location change until shortly before I was due to pick up the truck. I drove about 10 miles extra each direction, I was also notified, by the business, that I had to return it to the same location. All of this with the privilege of paying for the extra mileage and fuel. The interior was fairly clean, the outside was filthy. The gas tank was not full. If I had been notified sooner I would have made different accommodations.

Felt awkward. Walked in and prompted to look around their furniture store and buy gloves/masks. Felt rushed when getting the trailer hooked up. Tire was bald when addressed the issue he looked at me like I was unfamiliar. Took it to another Uhaul location where he agreed the tire was in fact unsafe to trailer and showed me the number to call to have it replaced.

Pick up was a disaster. Person at store (Mohammed?) kept looking for his “UHaul” guy. He was writing down my credit card and photocopied my drivers license (hate that in identify theft times). I had reserved a furniture dolly, utility dolly and 20 moving pads. He did not have any moving pads and suggested I drive to another store. He did not explain anything about the truck. A co Plate disaster experience in my mind.

Clean the truck cab!! Employee should point out gas only needed to be 5/8 full on return instead of just highlighting the contract and not mentioning it. I turned around after driving away to ask why gas was not full.

I will never use UHaul again. We had a guaranteed rental for a 26' truck for 1:00 on Thursday, June 4th. When we got there there was no truck available. We had an appointment to pick up some equipment, so I had to rent a 15" truck to get the equipment and I was quoted $153. This is $153 I should not have had to pay if you had kept your guarantee promise. Then when we return the truck you wanted to charge me an extra $48.00. I was told a truck wouild be ready by 4:30 on Thursday, and again, no truck was available. You finally found a truck for us, but you threw our entire move out of schedule. You gave me a lousy $50 credit for your mix-up. I understand you cannot always determine when a truck will be returned, but then you should penalize the late customer, not the customer who is on time. Your guarantee means nothing and you forced me to spend an extra $200 for your lack of planning and organizatin. Shame on UHaul, you are a lousy company.

I messed up a photo during the online truck checkout process. I was notified that I had to go back and fix the photo, but there was no way for me to do so. By the time I was able to get help for this error, it was 40 minutes into the self checkout process and put my move behind schedule.

The place was locked when I arrived, had to call to get it opened, I got a lecture about not having taken a photo of my DL, When I returned, he refused to check the mileage so that I could get something confirming what it was when I returned. I was charged an extra 50 miles and now trying to get corrected.

The website was misleading saying a large truck was available at my desired location. I got a call the following day saying there was only a 15 foot available at a location that was out of the way. In store and call personal we're helpful and friendly though.

Boost there just a parking spot in front of a furniture store with a drop box for the key, if the furniture store was the site managed they should have better signage so you know not just a stand!!!- Don't rent uhaul

I made a reservation, 2 weeks in advance, for a 26' truck 1.7 miles away to pick up at 0800. When I got there they said they don't have the truck. I was sent to another store farther away and told they have a 20' truck. I arrived at 0830 and the store didn't open until 0900. The owner of the store showed up at 0915. I told him I would have been driving 10 miles or less. I asked if I should talk to him or call Uhaul Corp because I wasn't paying for more than 10 miles. He said he would only charge me 10 miles. I just received the invoice and I was charged 26 miles. I was also charged for the extra gas that I would not have had to pay for. I will spend more time, than it's worth, to wait on hold and argue. YOU are not worth my time. A Better Home SUCKS and Uhaul SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

The manager arrived late the morning we were to return the van.We ended up having to wait in line because several people were waiting too. As a result, this office charged us another day's rental (they said we were an hour behind our return time). We had to call Customer Service to get a refund for the extra day charge.

The truck was great, it worked out perfectly for the few short trips we needed it for. I've used U-Haul many times and have had an account for years. The App is lacking though, it is slow, doesn't let me find my location to check in or out. With this location they did an entirely new check-in and then they charged me incorrectly for 100+ miles because of their own typo. I had the charge reversed but it hasn't come back yet, so I'm out 70+ dollars until it does. Doesn't seem like a lot, but in these times it is.

THe initial / starting mileage was incorrect. I have been incorrectly charged. I didnt the paperwork at the office, someone sends it later electronically, so there was no way to check the mileage when you are at the counter. I have writtent to uhaul and havent got a response. When you rent, you have to take the photos of odometer and truck and share it with u-Haul. Come on, I should not be taking this trouble. not good experience at all. Waiting on Uhaul customer service to provide me refund for incorrect mileage calculated on my rental.

Took a very long time and felt very unorganized. One would think that if there's a reservation with all the information in the system already, we wouldn't need to and re-upload all our photos and information so what could have been a 5 minute pick up time turned into a 30 minute pick up time. The uhaul itself was very nice and new in comparison to others we have rented.

Worse experience when I came to location to pick it up. And there was no instructions how to get the truck. And one more thing, fuel is not full and I have filled the GAS that I used and returned but they charged for Fuel as well. As I did not know the process to take picture and did not explain any of the email to take the picture of the fuel, I was paid higher amount. Please explain the process properly in the emails so that we can take necessary steps.

Doesn't deserve even one star. Unhappy all the way around . They made my son wait almost an hour after changing pick up location that was 30 mins out of our way. Acted like they didn't even care we were there. Truck was filthy, covered in mud. Told them about our objections again acted like they didn't care.. Location was sketchy at best. Amount quoted on contract was incorrect and was told to make objection on link sent to phone . The link didn't work. Made phone calls and entered disputes, haven't heard back . Was charged for insurance I didn't sign up for . Quoted price was incorrect by at least 150$$. So in summary NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I was given a different truck from the one on the contract, with a different fuel level. I am trying to get reimbursed for the additional fuel that I had to put in when returning the truck. I have spoken now with six people from UHaul, and I have received an email from Steve Schlegel. NOBODY yet is helping me with this problem. I understand what 'should' happen: I need to know who to speak with when what 'should' happen does NOT happen. Your customer service experience if NOT helping with this, and is not escalating effectively. My number is 913 485 3975. Please have a manager call me.

Furniture Dolly's and Appliance Dolly were on my order request and missing from the truck when we picked up. There was also a mileage error. We dropped off in person and the person that could help was not there. I called a few days later. I never got a call back or a credit for the missing items. Disappointed with the experience at this location.

The person at the location was argumentative. Uhaul called me on my way to pick-up the Uhaul and said my reservation had been moved 18 miles away. Turns out Uhaul set me up with a reservation at a place that does not do one-way rentals. It was not a happy experience and no one was willing to give me a discount for the trouble.
