Put the truck somewhere in sight. The truck was behind the building and as far away as it could get. It just didn’t occur to me to look there. I was very late for my meeting.

Doesn't deserve even one star. Unhappy all the way around . They made my son wait almost an hour after changing pick up location that was 30 mins out of our way. Acted like they didn't even care we were there. Truck was filthy, covered in mud. Told them about our objections again acted like they didn't care.. Location was sketchy at best. Amount quoted on contract was incorrect and was told to make objection on link sent to phone . The link didn't work. Made phone calls and entered disputes, haven't heard back . Was charged for insurance I didn't sign up for . Quoted price was incorrect by at least 150$$. So in summary NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Upon inquiring about the cost of buying and renting blankets, one of the associate replied "you want them for free?" Which was not relevant response and was rude.

I was given a different truck from the one on the contract, with a different fuel level. I am trying to get reimbursed for the additional fuel that I had to put in when returning the truck. I have spoken now with six people from UHaul, and I have received an email from Steve Schlegel. NOBODY yet is helping me with this problem. I understand what 'should' happen: I need to know who to speak with when what 'should' happen does NOT happen. Your customer service experience if NOT helping with this, and is not escalating effectively. My number is 913 485 3975. Please have a manager call me.

Furniture Dolly's and Appliance Dolly were on my order request and missing from the truck when we picked up. There was also a mileage error. We dropped off in person and the person that could help was not there. I called a few days later. I never got a call back or a credit for the missing items. Disappointed with the experience at this location.

The pick up location was hard to find because it's a furniture store. They need a lighted UHaul sign.

Hard to find, tiny sign in the window dow of a furniture store. Trucks parked where you cant see them. Key drop hard to find.

The person at the location was argumentative. Uhaul called me on my way to pick-up the Uhaul and said my reservation had been moved 18 miles away. Turns out Uhaul set me up with a reservation at a place that does not do one-way rentals. It was not a happy experience and no one was willing to give me a discount for the trouble.

this rental was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After using U Haul for numerous moves over the years, you have lost me forever as a customer. if you care call me to discuss. I am quite sure you do not. This has NOTHING to do with the location and EVERYTHING to do with UHAUL.

# I returned the Truck and Trailer on Monday morning shortly before 11am . It was holiday. I dropped the keys and my contract in the drop box . Then the next day , just to make sure I stopped again at the store and a guy arrived, stating that He worked there . I explained him why I was there and showed him my returned equipment . Then He proceeded to do the closed up on his Cellular phone . He told me that everything was fine that I could leave and I left . I made sure to return the truck with the same amount of gas , now they tell me that it was short by $8 . On top of this they are charging me for 1 extra Day . This is absurd , I have been a Uhaul customer for a long time and never be treated this way . In This location they just tell me that they are not Uhaul , that I should take my case to Uhaul . Is like they dont want to assume the responsibility that carries working for Uhaul . I picked this equipment on 8/29 at about 8:30 am and I already told you when I returned it . Troy an employee at that store already submitted a correction to Uhaul , but I'm not satisfied with it .

They did a good job checking in my vehicle. I was initially charged an erroneous $40 fee for extra days, but the employee was able to remove that charge.
