Bryanna WDoug checked in with me a couple days before my rental date and said they weren’t open on Sunday but would have Patricia meet me there to check me in. She was there 10 minutes early and quickly checked me in. Got to the location where the trailer was and it had a taillight out. She quickly switched me to another equal trailer and explained everything clearly and in detail. She was great, and the gentleman she was with helped me hook up the trailer and test it. My experience was exceptional.

Abner HMy truck was not on site and it took an hour for someone to come and take me to another location I had to follow them to get the truck I was supposed to have. When I made the reservation, I also selected to drop off at a different location than where I picked up from, but in the app, it showed i had to drop off where I picked up so that was extra mileage I did not budget or prepare for.

gilberto mI was to pick up the truck at 4:00 pm I was not told they close at 1:00 pm on Saturday. My phone died- I had to go and find a place to charge my phone in other to check in on line. Call customer service, very rude. Went back to drop truck and the owner wasn’t there. Had to wait for a few minutes! Bad experience.
GLADYS THave inclusivity to all races, and different Nationalities. The person that refuse to assist me due to my accent, he did not even allowed me to speak, he flat out told me to call the 1800# to make the reservation his reasoning for that was that I could speak to someone in Spanish, but I spoke to someone in English and she understood me just fine, I speak both languages, is just that I have an accent that is all. So I will never go back to that location.
Ana EStrap was broken on the trailer, and when I went back to the location to resolve the issue there was nobody there. It said they were open till 1pm I was there at 12? When I called he said he was on the road and could not switch the equipment out for at least 3 hours. So I had to tow a car 750 miles with one strap

kendra dTruck was at an “overflow lot” whose driveway was blocked with orange cones with no one there to move them — this was when I picked up the truck abs then when I returned. The truck has not been cleaned. Soiled blanket in the back and empty bottle in the front was evidence of non cleaning. Lastly, the owner of this place called me (frantically) on Sunday morning asking where this truck was. I returned the key to the main location after dropping off the tuck — so they should have known by checking the key box. I even dropped it off before the close of business on Saturday and the truck was not Ben due back until Sunday. Then the owner called again telling me to call this uhaul location saying they informed him my card was declined for insufficient funds. Not only did my debit card have a lot of money in the bank but they had already run my card as there was a “processing charge.” I will not be using this location again.

Karrisah FMy response is limited, due to the wrong questions being asked. I believe that an assessment of the online process should be considered as well. Concerning the location and rental unit, challenges included the following: 1. The security lock,'accessing the truck key, was difficult to manage, in reference to opening. The online U-Haul representative gave me a total of four codes to use in attempts to getting the lock to respond. 2. The cab of the vehicle was not clean. There was clear residual within the cup holders as well as residual mud on the floorboard on the driver's side. Additionally, the driver's chair was damaged, exposing the phone under the upholstery. Failure to address immediately could lead to greater damage or requirements for replacing. 3. Lastly, the vehicles rear ramp was difficult to close and required several attempts before successfully closing. Resistance in closing the ramp indicated possible lack of lubrication and/or rusting.
