A very small location in an older storage unit, but the staff that helped was extremely knowledgeable and had very clear communication. When my return plans went off schedule, they explained everything I needed to do to drop off after hours. It was a pleasant experience during a most stressful time.Christopher K.

App had an issue and wouldn't let me take a picture of the odometer. I wasn't sure what to do so tried to call support but couldn't get through, so just proceeded with the move. It worked out ok but I wasn't very confident it would. The pickup location was difficult to get out of as you have to back up quite a ways to get out. Not ideal.Brian H.

Let the customer know approximately what kind of gas mileage the 10ft truck gets. We over filled on gas thinking it got poor gas mileage. We got the truck with a 1/4 of tank of gas and didn't know how much gas we needed. It would have cost us a lot less if the tank was full and then we can bring it back full. It's not fair to the customer to give them a truck with not enough gas.Hiroshi S.
