Both locations were good but UHaul changed my scheduled drop off location that was not convenient for me and added over an hour of travel for me to drop it off. Not the locations fault but I feel like UHaul used me as a delivery service to transfer the trailer to a site that needed it versus my original drop location. Cost me time and miney

Jeff Strother S.I called their number when I was ready to drop off; however, their office was closed but their dispatcher took my name and equipment number so I could drop off convenientbto my own schedule. The following morning, I arrived and was greeted with friendly smiles and advised the equipment had been checked in and I was good to go.
