you really need to discontinue this dealer. Not only did I get a call asking if we dropped off the truck, when we dropped it off before our due date. A1 block our calls and never called us back and never reported that the truck was turned in. It took a Uhaul employee to go down there to verify the truck was there. There phone goes to someone personal and they never pick up or call anyone back. Worst experience ever with this dealer.
moneka DThis was a horrible drop off. There is no one there, you have to use your phone to get instructions to drop it off. It did not feel secure and i did not feel good about dropping it off there. I hope everything was ok when or if someone did check it out.
Shiela CDon't tell a customer they can rent a 20-foot truck and then at the last moment tell them you don't have a 20 foot truck available and that we have to rent a 15 foot with a trailer. This was a nightmare of inconvenience.Send us all over Los Angeles county from Glendale to N. Hollywood to Los Angeles taking up our whole waiting in lines at UHaul locations with other customers. At the end we had to wait days for the price of the 15 foot truck to go back into our bank account meanwhile another 1200 was taken out to pay for the 26 foot truck that we ended up with. The impression I got from the workers was that this is typical end of the month routine for Uhaul. It was very difficult for us and we even had over draft in our bank account because of it. We will not recomment Uhaul to our friends because of all these difficulties.
Husein MI was given a truck that was parked between another two, and had to change at 1am to another location. I was on foot so I had to walk 30 min (or pay a 25 usd uber).

Robert HI dropped it off no one there. Opened fence to drop off truck and got yelled at by some guy in the lot. Took longer to get there then the place I picked it up from. They had me drop it off some place in the middle of rush hour. Convenient from them WAY out of the way for me. Very disappointing...
James CAnother locked gate and drop box with no one to verify condition and no way for me to tell them truck was dirty when I picked it up.
OAK JHad to go to (3) different locations at 5:00am, take (3) different Ubers to finally get my truck. Then truck was not clean inside, had crack in windshield, NO pads, NO dolly…. And I was still charged for these!

Sipan MFirst speak to customer for why we’re they late like I had an emergency and second they took money out without letting me know cause my rental was for the 30th and they took that money when I had gave an 100 deposit
Gloriani DThe pick up locations hours were incorrect, it looked like a junk yard and I'm pretty sure the people live on the property, they were not helpful at all and because of the location change and all the previous mix ups which you can see in my file, we had to wait for a field agent to come out and set us up with the truck which took an additional hour. I was grateful for the $50 credit due to location change and the additional milage added but then it just got worse. This is NOT how you want your moving day to go. It was very stressful and time consuming.

Jessica PI would like to give an extra special thank you to one of your customer service representatives "Nancy Duqutte" for exceptional service at her job, for some reason the website kept glitching & wouldn't finalize the sale (it had taken my money but wouldn't release the keys) each time I rang customer service (a one hour wait) the representative would think they had resolved the issue & hang up, but no, so after three failed phone calls & online attempts (4 hrs of standing outside a locked industrial yard in PHX sun) Nancy came to my rescue, persevering with me to resolve the glitching issue, after an hour we finally succeeded & I can't thank her enough for her empathy, understanding & commitment to the job, you should thank her also
Robert RThe business is not marked at all. There was nobody around during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, the gates were locked and no one answered the phone number. Messages left were not returned. I had to unhook the trailer myself and cross my fingers that I did it right. 1/10. Would not recommend this place!

Kelsey WNo one was at this location and there was no signage to indicate we were at A 1 Towing. We were lucky that after 15 minutes of trying to contact A1 and UHaul, a tow truck showed up and knew who to call. We waited another 5-10 minutes for the right person to arrive. In total we were looking 20-30 minutes for someone to help us with our reservation - with outside temperatures of 118. We were hot, tired and frustrated by that time. They should have adequate signage so you know you are at A 1 Towing and a phone number if the don’t keep regular hours and aren’t available for scheduled appointments.
