Better train the people who do the input, provide what was ordered. We had 2 stops to get dollies, blankets and someone who knew how to input an order.ROBERT M.

Trash from prior driver was left in the drivers door compartment. Location is not convenient and was not the location I had originally listed as my pick up location. I ordered my truck to be picked up at the I-Storage facility on 64 because that is where my items are stored. U-haul changed my pick up location to 9th St store. I had to drive 13 extra miles to pick it up & return it, which cost me additional mileage & time. I also received multiple emails reminding me to check in online to pick up the truck due to Covid. When I tried to do so I could not. After several attempts to call U-haul with no one answering, I did an online chat, only to find out I had to go into the store to pick it up. I also ordered a dolly but it was not with the truck when I picked it up. The store told me I could drive to another location to pick one up. By then I was already 30 min into my reservation time & could not extend my time as the same truck was reserved immediately following my return time. The store credited my reservation for the missing dolly. I ended up not moving all the items I had planned on moving due to the extra time I wasted driving back & forth and not having a dolly to put the heavy items on. I will never rent via U-haul again.GLORIA F.

Make the owner of the establishment charge properly and accordingly he tried to overcharge us charge to 6 gallons of gas for under 20 miles traveled and also Upchurch just for two days of rental instead of just adding on the normal late fee for the rental the representative for the company was there when we picked up the truck and had to drive to another location to get the dollies for us because the owner of the place we rented them from did not have them and did not tell us he did not have them and was going to make us drive to pick them up in the ones we got were in such poor condition as a reason the guy didn't charge us for them and then he turned around and did charge us for two days of use on them after he told us he was not going to very poor poor business handlingDaniel C.
It took forever to get the truck. The manager was at a different location and the person behind the counter was not authorized. She had to call her on the phone. I had to provide all the information that I'd already provided in the booking. The pads and furniture dolly were not available even though they were on my order. I had to go to a different, official UHaul location to try to get those. Why wasn't I sent to the official UHaul location 1.4 miles away in the first place. Worst rental experience with UHaul I've ever had!Denise L.

I had reserved a truck online with pickup and drop off locations on my reservation. The store made a NEW reservation and did not even honor by reservation and screwed up my return. It was a nightmare! IF THE ONLINE OPTION IS AVAILABLE PLEASE LET YOUR PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!Randy W.

Truck cab was not clean. Cigar ashes filled cup holders,windows dirty on inside and outside. Smelled of cigar smoke. No gas, warning light on. First truck given wouldn't start. No attendant came out to lot with me. No inspection, truck dirty. Scrubbed out interior to get rid of ashes.Michael S.

There was considerable damage to the drivers side of the truck that was not listed at pickup. The truck was also not swept out. The location documented the damage when I showed them the pictures I took. Receiving location did not charge me for the damage. Other then the above listed I had no other problems. The truck ran smoothly and there were no issues driving it. Both locations were pleasant to work with. I would use them again if the need arises.Elizabeth K.
I was under the impression there would be a uhaul employee there to help me load my car onto the trailer. I had to look up a video and do it on my own. When I got to the convenience store to pick up the uhaul, it took the lady 15+ plus minutes to talk to a representative on the phone to get instructions on how I pay.Gianna H.
