Oliver ObiukwuWe were going to drop this off after our day of use, and it ended up being after hours with the location closed. We pulled in and were getting ready to find the dropbox for keys when someone pulled up. It ended up being Mohamed who runs the location. They had been closed, but he was on his way home from already being at the shop getting a rental ready for a customer the next day, when he saw us on the road heading in the direction of his shop. He wondered if we were going to his place, and turned around to meet us there! He didn’t need to do that, because there was a dropbox, but he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the drop off, didn’t need anything, and had a good experience. He was personable, kind, and certainly went out of his way for his customers. Would definitely recommend!
Brian PeterlaThe mobile pick-up process takes too long. It recommends getting there 10 min early but 30 is more like it. I'm glad they extended the time because if not we would have went over. The verification process should be done way before pickup to avoid this long wait. The reservation time was quick and easy. The van had a busted tail light and should have been fixed before we picked it up. Luckily we did not get pulled over.

I also filled tank with gas at the location upon my return but was still charged $10 for not enough gas. The needle was on the F and the pump clicked per the attendant but still was charged.. disputed with uhaul agent but no recourse
BRIAN BONOI will tell anyone to take picture of gas amount so when you bring it back you won’t be overcharged for gas that’s the only problem we had it was a little over half but Mohammed filled it to the third quarter fully but it wasn’t on the 3rd quarter when we left I reiterate it was a little over a half but it’s OK. Was disappointed about that but everything went well. The truck was very clean. The truck drove very well.!!
