Andrew McIntoshThe check in process was very uncomfortable and a non customer centric experience. The man behind the desk was very lack luster. He didn’t great me properly- had a piss poor attitude the entire time. Made me sit there and wait while he makes two phone calls about something else after I greeted him to check in. I advised him that I might need the rentql longer than the reservation time if we are running behind. He told me to just call the location and let them know it should be ok. Fast forward I was charged 60$ to extend the rental for 6 more hours. He could’ve gave me another option as a customer and suggest to add another day to rent for the 39.99 at pick up time. When I called customer service the women who assisted me was rude as well over the phone- no customer centric or enthusiasm to help. I don’t know what is wrong with U haul employees but this isn’t the first time. Moving is already stressful enough. As customers we shouldn’t have to deal with experiences like this from unprofessionals at U-HAUL
