I went online and reserved a tow dolly the price quoted online was $52 for 6 hours but when I got to the site the price was $61 for 6 hours it seemed to be the old bait and switch. When I asked about it no one had an answer my reservation was based on the price. $9 might seem small but integrity has much merit

Make sure that the equipment is updated with no issues. Maintenance light were on the whole time. When the customer mentioned about a special try to check into it, they did nothing and barely knew anything very poor service the special said if I drop off in Arlington 11 miles from Fort Worth I would save $170. So I put in my father address, well look at the contract and see what they put in Fort Worth even Crestview Dr is Arlington TX not Fort Worth TX what went the system no discount at all I'm very disappointed with UHaul

Terrible service could not get the uhaul on the date reserved. Person at location said she didnt know how to do it. Sat on hold for 2 hrs for them to tell me i had to go back to the location the next day.

If someone orders a trailer of a specific size please have that size available when and where it is stated to be. I had to get a trailer half the size of what I originally ordered. The equipment worked but drastically increased the number of trips I had to make.

This place was great. However, I made a reservation with Possum Pawn, and they gave the uhaul away to someone else, forcing me to come to 82 Country store. Other than that, everything was fine.

They told me they would check the trailer in and did not mention anything Hing about a fee then they sent a receipt that I never authorized for a payment they stole my money the trailer I rented had an illnois plate on they e not a receipt for a trailer with a Maryland plate another lie

We spent 20 minutes on the phone to switch the drop off location. Then upon arrival, the clerk could not log on and had to help gas station customers while she was on the phone trying to do U-Haul.

Moved to undesired location for pick up. Did not receive dozen furniture pads that I ordered. Was charged and never received them for moving. Still haven't received credit on my bill for the charge.

This store was really good. When I got there, the trailer was already connected and the man was very thorough with layman's terms on operation and safety of the trailer and vehicle. The lady that checked me in was so friendly!

Uhaul changed the drop off location the day before the drop off. We had to travel an extra 20 miles only to realize that the location is no longer in business. We called uhaul and the representative was very rude. We had to locate another location for drop off, and then we were charged for being 13 miles over when uhaul sent us to the wrong location. NEVER will I use uhaul again.

Awful. Got there 15 min. before 6AM, the contracted time. Was told I'd have to come back at 11:00. Told them I was due in Atlanta at 11:00. I pestered them until they called someone. Hooked it up by myself (no problem, I'm a farmer), checked it over by myself, never had anyone come out. The printer was low on ink, so I just got a piece of paper with the rate hand written. Took it back at 5:35. Again, did everything myself. She asked if I wanted a receipt. Duh. Sure did. Took a good 15 minutes for them to figure out how to give me a receipt. Never even looked to see if I had actually brought the trailer back.

The truck cab was so discussing that it had a half inch of sigurate ashes in the driver side door capartment. I had to go to three different locations trying to get pads. To top it off the truck had less gas than what was on the paperwork.

The person we worked with was very friendly and competent. The vehicle, although nearly full of fuel, was very dirty in both the cab and the rear. Also, this location is well out of town, not where we requested pickup and added mileage to the our allotted number.

The woman at this location was extremly unhelpful and actually did not know how to submit the charges on the compute software. I rented a 20' moving truck and was not moving far. I asked which would be cheaper, the In-Town costs or the One-Way Return. I was not moving very far and told her it would be no problem for me to return the truck to the same location. She assured me One-Way Return was cheaper. After witnessing her complete lack of knowledge for every task during the renting process, I should have questioned this but since she is supposed to be a representative of U-Haul, I trusted she would know the cheapest way. She told me the In-Town option charged a rental fee plus a very expensive rate per mile and the One-Way Return option charges a flat rate and unlimited mileage. I dropped the U-Haul truck off at the location suggested by the U-Haul representative 4 hours after initially picking it up. I recieved an invoice via email today showing I had been charged for "extra miles." After calling the drop off location, I spoke to the manager who could not believe the representative at the pick up location recommended a One-Way Return. The manager said it would have been about $50 cheaper to pick up and drop off at the same location. If U-Haul is going to let someone call themselves a representative of the company, they should at least require the person be familiar with the policies and how the rental programs operate. Also, the truck smelled so strong of cigarett smoke I had to drive with the windows down to be able to sit in the truck.

Staff was great, equipment was good. My only problem was with Uhaul...I needed a 26' ft truck, but the largest available in my location was a 20' which meant 2 trips with extra unnecessary mileage plus loss of Tim AND the small truck cost the same as the size I needed!! The additional mileage resulted in increased cost only because Uhaul does not supply this market with adequately sized equipment.

Ask can they please take a sit and make sure next they know if a person can save some money .cause I was told I get $100.00 back when I pay in cash and I didnt receive any back,after paying that much for a truck and the steering wheel was off going to the left as we were traveling, I just wish I saved some money.overall we made it.the.p.s.I cleaned the truck cause I wasn't pay in no more money. ..

I had to unhook the trailer from my car as the two clerks inside store made no attempt to do it. I waited about 5 minutes and they never came out. So I did it myself so I could leave. YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETRAIN YOUR CLERKS IN PROPER CUSTOMER CARE.

Have oil in the engine. Fill up the tank so turning in the truck is fair when it comes to how much gas is in the tank or how little. When I picked up the truck it was two quarts low! Check your computer. I'm telling the truth. The truck shook as if it had a bad tire or broken thread. However, I didn't have time to get it checked out. I only had help for a short time and had to use your poorly maintained truck any how.

The process of dropping off a 4x8 trailer in Houiston was suprisingly difficult. For the 4th largest city in America, there are few places that said they would accept the trailer, even though the U-Haul website indicated they offer trailers. I will never use U-Haul again without a confirmed drop-off reservation.
