Thie location is a gas station with usually only one member of staff behind the counter. If a customer comes in to pay for gas or buy something you have to wait. Even if the paperwork has been started this is left while the other customers are attended to. We have hired twice from here and each time it has taken 20 to 30 minutes to get the admin done. This needs to be looked at to reduce booking out time.Alice R.

Not sure why I received a receipt on 04/22/2022 for a rental I had on 04/09/2022. I am sure I received all receipts shortly after my rentals. I did have several. This location has not been the most efficient with rentals. I will look at my credit card statement to see if I was charged twice.Edward B.

The cashier was very nice. He could not get the tablet to work repeatedly, the interior was not clean from the previous client, and it took some time to check out the vehicle and he was unable to process a return immediately also due to faulty equipment. We used to rent from this location often but they are now down to 3 vehicles, two of which were not in use when we came to pick up equipment.Ronda C.

Very unhelpful woman checking in. Wouldn't help me at all, tried everything on my phone, and then spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and they pretty much told me to check in at the desk. The woman, again, wouldn't lift a finger. A guy coming into work finally helped me. It took like two minutes. I was finally able to get out of there. Considering the carnival of misery that was plus the fact that uhaul wasn't much cheaper than if I would had my furniture piece delivered, I'm not sure I'll use uhaul in the futureJade R.

Yes clean. Pretty well maintained, but a window handle knob fell off and a tire indicator on the dash indicated that two tires were low. I had no problems using the truck, just noting these minor maintenance issues. The rental process went very well and the employees were very helpful, even lent me a wrench for a bike issue unrelated to the truck rental.David R.
Pick-up was unprofessional. Communication on steps and liability was next to none. I had ordered a dolly but there was not one available. The truck was in TERRIBLE condition. It actually felt pretty unsafe to even drive and I would have refused it if I had more than a day left to get all my things out of my apartment. There was a left driver-side mirror missing. The left passenger side mirror was smashed. The truck had severe damage to the driver's side exterior. It wasn't clean. The check engine light was on. To add to all of it, I returned it and woke up to an invoice the next morning with a charge for 95 miles when I only drove 5 and AND was charged for two days when I only had it for one. I've rented many Uhauls in the past and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. It was enough for me to look elsewhere in the future for my moving needs.Lindsay S.
Overall the process was fine, but the U-haul app/website is kind of buggy and was giving me some weird errors about my phone number already being in use. It wouldn't let me go past that page and when I tried to call customer service (because the employees at this location could not help me) the wait time was 15 min, which really dipped into my 4-hour rental period. That was a bummer. But aside from that, the van was clean and worked perfectly for what I needed.Samantha O.
Where to start...This is the second time that I have used location. -First, the digital check in no contact process did not work. They system was unable to process so I had to go inside and see the attendant. This took almost 40 minutes to get through the process. - Second, the van I had reserved had a do not rent note on the keys and there wasn't another van available. The attendant was able to get me into a 10ft truck...challanging to drive but workable. What the attendant didn't tell me was that the milage rate was $.50 more a mile that the quote for the van (Additional Expenses). -Finally, when I returned the truck, I returned the keys and checked in with the attendant. It took almost 48 hours to get the transaction processed and completed. This obviously isn't the primary business for the service station and it shows. I wouldn't recommend.William P.

For some reason the vehicle I had reserved this location did not have keys for that vehicle. The employee was cussing and screaming saying everything is always â€œfucked upâ€, while he helped other customers while I just stood around for 15 minutes. He handed me a very dirty phone and I had to talk to a uhaul representative and they wanted me to go to another location to pick up the vehicle I had reserved. I'm they didn't offer me any discounts even though they had made the obvious mistake. This was in the afternoon and they had plenty of time to have reached me before hand to resolve these problems before I even arrived. They eventually offered me a different vehicle that the employee said (in his words) â€˜tweakers' had been inhabiting the night prior. It had graffiti all over it and smelled odd. I was late for what Ai had arranged. Very strange and irritating experience.Justin L.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. It took them 45 minutes just to check me in to get my rental. The rental was absolutely filthy and disgusting, they wrote down the wrong amount for the fuel. They didn't have any of the dollies or furniture pad that I reserved advanced. I was extremely patient and kind but got frustrated when they didn't have the things I reserved and told me that reservations don't mean anything. Two of the employees, an older white man and an African-American woman were actually yelling at me and my husband simply because we were expecting what we reserved they were not apologetic whatsoever that they didn't have what we reserved they were mean and nasty and horrible I can't believe anyone could treat customers this way. I have never been yelled at someone before because they messed up. It was insane. Even when we came back to drop off the keys the woman was so nasty and rude and rolled her eyes at us. I really don't understand this treatment at all. I will be telling everyone I know to not to use this location or even utilize their gas station. This should be looked into and three employees NEED to be spoken to about this. I have a friend who rented from them a few months ago and had an extremely similar experience so this is not a one off, this is just how they treat peopleMAE T.

Location was unorganized and having system issues. There was a call off that day and the person who assisted me was not trained on the system. Check in alone took over 30 min. After receiving my van it was apparent it was covered in dog hair, had trash in the door storage, and wet socks/bandanas behind the seats. It was obviously not cleaned which is completely unacceptable in the midst of covid. The only reason I didn't complain or ask for a new van is because the person assisting me had no idea what they were doing and I didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes for a van change as this was supposed to be a quick furniture pick up. Arrived at 6:45 to pick up a U-Haul van reserved for 7AM. No one there knew how to check me in. The two Graveyard guys were as helpful as they could be, calling every manager in the book. When someone did finally arrive at 7:45 she yelled at me that she doesn't get paid to do U-Haul. I had movers meeting me at 8. I started paying for them at 8. They arrived before I got there withy said U-Haul do you the worst service I've experienced. Terrible experience. My pickup location was changed a few hours before the scheduled time, once I got to the place that actually had the truck it took another hour to check in because the app/phone check in wasn't working, and although I returned the vehicle clean, early, and with furniture pads neatly folded, I just discovered a $25 cleaning fee charged to my card. I tried calling U-Haul at the customer service line to dispute the charge and the call won't complete. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Use another rental service if possible.Lila D.

She said I just "needed to figure it out". The truck I rented was completely out of gas, not a drop left. I had to buy gas immediately. The truck had trash in the back of it and in the cab. The man working the Uhaul station was wonderful, very helpful. However there was an issue, and that took almost half hour to solve. I had planned my Uhaul business from 2:30PM, and I actually got out of the lot at 3:00PM. The van that I reserved wasn't available, so we had to make calls, fix the problem, and in the meantime I was late for my appointments because I had to wait at the station for 30 minutes. The problem was solved, however for many of us who organize their schedule neatly around Uhaul work, it's just not good enough. If I have to use Uhaul again, I'll try a different location.Ender B.

The truck had damage on rear of bumper and side view mirror was broken. Gas tank wasnt full when I left store like it should have been and I reported it to the store and was called a liar by an employee which made my experience that day the worst ever. What nyou can do to make it better is train employees better and dont rent trucks with damage also go outside with the customer to check gas and other things so stuu like this wont happen.April J.

Get better customer service. One person could not use the tablet when I called. On the phone..who in the heck do you have on them. I was told when I called to change my time because you can't do it online because the interface really sucks. I was told I'd be called back in 30 minutes I waited over an hour. I called again was told I'd have to wait another hour. As I was leaving a message that ended and got me connected to a person. This is ridiculous and this time and age uhaul needs to be more on it. Super frustrating and sucked! There is no way to change your information of time or pick up on the Internet on the interface U-Haul has in place. Had to clean myself as staff was not willing to assist. Worst experience ever. I even placed a call and was told I would receive a follow up in 72 hours. Haven't heard from anyone. The U-Haul person never showed up, the grocery store seller was helping customers. He was inefficient and rude. He said it wasn't his problem many times. I reserved in another location initially, and the system reassigned me to this location. Besides not being able to give me a car, I didn't get what I reserved (blankets, dolly, etc). The grocery guy said that it was not his problem, that usually the stuff is there, but it wasn't that morning. They said they'd call other U-Haul locations to see if they had something. I asked if I was going to get an email, since I didn't want to wait there and he said yes. One hour later, I receive nothing. When I call in, he says he needed my reservation number but I left so he couldn't do anything, but, lucky me, they found the missing keys (a phone call would've been nice) So I return to the same location, now passed two hours my reservation time, and they only rented the truck for another two hours when my reservation was for 4 hours. This was the worst uhaul experience I have ever had. I showed up at 1:30 for my reservation and the desk was so frantic and busy that I wasn't helped until well after 2. The counter was understaffed and he had to work the cash register and try to find my out reservations. When I got to the counter the employee had given the truck I reserved to the people before me and I had to drive a bigger truck. The employee said I wouldn't be charged but I was still charged $100 and I'm not sure why. Not to mention he had to call uhaul support and then put them on hold to work the cash register and it took a very long time. This location was a mess. My gas tank on pickup was below half tank but I was told it was half full. A black gangster (he called himself a piru) was on crack and insulting and yelling at the store owners and attendants of the gas station. He threw chips and sunglasses everywhere and threatened people with death etc. I couldn't even talk to the uhaul guy and my pickup and drop off times were also messed up by the previous experience. I was almost charged needlessly for 25 hours. Totally ghetto shithole and uhaul has no place being here in this idiotic â€œhoodâ€ ghetto neighborhood.
