We used it for less than 10 miles yet cost us 54.00 to fill it up. Does not seem possible to use that much gas in that short distance

Their was trash and junk tools left on the dashboard. The equipment also smelled like cigarette smoke. The usb charger on the dash was broken and the driver side window would not roll up all the way. Also I think the rotors need to be changed on the truck. They were wobbling very badly every time I braked.

The truck was not clean. I had to clean the back out before I could load my items to move. The location was way too far from my home.

The inside of the cab was messy, the cup holder was very sticky and the inside of the front windshield needed a good cleaning.. The cargo area was in need of a good sweeping before going to the new customer.

The guy lied about the amount of gas in the vehicle when I picked it up. Only had a half tank or gas. Said it was 3 quarters. Then I asked him to get me a drop off location in Louisville KY and he gave me a drop off location almost 2 hours away. Not happy with this experience at all. Most likely will not use in the future.

Back of Uhaul smelled like weed when I picked it up then I was accused of making it smell like weed after I dropped it off.. Which no one helping with the move smoked weed. The cab of the truck was covered in dog hair. They were too busy in the morning for me to complain. With Covid issues I don't know how they are allowed to not clean and sanitize the truck. They never even gave me instructions even after I told them I have never rented a Uhaul before. It was like they just took my money and ran. These people are not a good representative of the Uhaul name.

The truck worked well. We had to sweep it out before starting to load and the cab had some leftover food crumbs. The man in the office was kind in that he did the check-in and check-out for us instead of having to do the tedious process online ourselves. Overall, I'd use this service again!!!

Customer is on his/her own as far as returning equipment. I needed to go inside the office to inquire as to where to leave the trailer. No assistance was provided in backing or un-hitching the trailer. No post rental inspection of the trailer was made by the business operator. I went back into the office to inquire if I had to sign anything and was told " No, I've had taken care of it". .As a matter of fact he never even got up out of his chair in front of his computer while I was there. He runs some kind of used clothing place inside this uhaul location. The clothing, shoes, etc look like left over things that people put out to the road after a garage sale. As a matter of fact, there is a salvation army donation bin outside of the office, that maybe where he gets these items from to resell. Its dirty, smells, not clean, things all over the place, old used shoes he sells, smells of feet and mothballs, its disgusting unorganized and not at all professional. There is also a small dog that runs around inside, some people are allergic to animals, but its running around inside and looks mangy, like it needs a bath. Even the "owner" had on stained up, dingy clothes. I think he might also live in this office space. The trailer was dirty, I had to stop and power wash it. Not at all a professional place.

The hand cart and bag of blankets stuck to the wall were in the way of loading the truck and took up space on the truck. Neither was requested. I ended up putting in more gas than I used; it was 7/8 full when I picked it up. It was difficult to put gas in the truck and watch the gas gage at the same time. I had to sweep out the truck before I could start loading it. Overall, we got the job done.

Easiest move I've ever had. Truck drive like a car so very user friendly. The cost was a fraction of what I've paid in the past but it depends on how much you want to do yourself. I couldn't been happier with this decision to use uhaul.

As I was picking up my rental truck, several enclosed trailers were unloaded directly behind it. There was another truck directly in front of the one assigned to me. This made removing the truck from its parking space very difficult. There were also several car haulers with their ball couplers in the dirt of the exit driveway. Maneuvering a large truck between the ball couplers and the concrete pylons (one of which had fallen down) is not an easy task and would not have been possible if I hadn't had help. I would not recommend picking up any large trucks from this location. I had also ordered an appliance dolly that was not on the truck. The key was ready and in place on time 8n the box and the code for unlocing it worked. The truck was clean and ready for use.

Don't rent from here!!! If you do document everything! Take a picture of mileage and gas levels before and after your rental. Use your own phone not their app. Over charged on mileage and charged for gas even though we refilled it. Owner stated he drove the van so gave us "free" miles to cover for that. Think I just paid for his gas too plus $30 for his time to refuel it. Protect yourself, this place is sketchy!

I have never been treated with so much disrespect as I have from the man who works at this location. I never even got his name because from the moment I called him to try and get our money refunded for an additional cost that was made he was screaming and yelling at me and told me that I had a bad attitude and that my husband did as well. He accused my husband Of kicking his dog when making the drop off and that we left the truck a mess. When I asked my husband he said the dog jumped up on him and he simply nudged him off. The manager of the Grand Rapids location even said that there was no damage or uncleanliness in our truck. This man does not deserve to work at a functioning business. He was the rudest person I have ever spoken to from a business in my whole life. Do not take your business to 7 figures studios in grand ledge no matter what you do. I have heard that we are not the first people to get double charged from 7 figures. Thankfully the Grand Rapids location worked it out for us, otherwise this terrible man would have gotten away with it.

Did not seem to know what he was doing. Charged me again even though I told him I prepaid. Did not discuss putting something g to lock the cargo trailer and it flew open and we lost two pillows and had to get help along the way.
