The woman running it "forgot" I was coming, so I waited over half an hour past my booking time and wound up having to register with her over the phone. She was also not there for the drop-off. The location is easy, but they shouldn't be managing bookings if they can't be present. The people who own the store were great and as helpful as they could be, but the UHaul rep wasn't present at all.

Also the tire pressure light was on so we worried about that as well since we would be driving on the highway. Van was quite dusty and windshield was dirty. Otherwise job got done and all is fine.

Jeff C.This was a horrific experience. The van was in a state of disrepair, and it stank. We have been fleeced by the person running this U-Haul scam. My quote was $20 and I have been charged over $200. It indicates I drove 50km on the form which is already more than I did, and I am being charged 128 for petrol: that math does not check out! Charging me that price would indicate I drove 180km at the average consumption of uhaul vans. On the online application I also deselected insurance cover and the man manually put it in without telling us. Even the phone operator I called in with said this is unacceptable. I have logged a complaint and am contesting this. Awful experience.
