Please be advised that U-Haul on 902 Hamilton st is extremely convenient and accessible for the immediate need for the community, however the services are very professional and polite, my family and friends are renting out as 1st choice!°
KARL WMy opinion is that the location is not in a safe area. The truck itself is not safe to drive over 40 MPH. The front suspension is blown out and needs to be changed. Also, this has no effect on the location but the after-hours truck share app on the phone proved to be useless. If the site location store was closed then my truck rental would have never happened. The store owner had to dispatch the truck to me instead of using the U-haul app. I will never use this app again, only a big rental store if I choose U-haul next time.

KITH MIt was a dirty filthy truck even though while I was driving the truck was giving me a hard time I been customer with you guys for long period of time but last several times I been compromised with you for all the troubles I m going through so please make sure all truck should be cleaned and goo's condition because people needs to be reach on time and safe ...few weeks ago Truck side light wasn't working when I talked with owner he said this is the best truck they have ...recently I rent truck hood was filthy with tabeco spit all over and head light was so poor...well I have decided not to rent UHul from there again and suppose to charge for 24 hours too but Xtra charges are there too
Ankit PI did have trouble on the self check in process where my reserved time was 11:00 am but I got it out at 12:00 pm. I think maybe a solution is to have that application process available(the one where you need driver lines, proof from a third individual, etc) a few days in advance. Issues with slow interest or slow access to those requirements extended the time. Plus I ordered a dolly with my truck and it was not found, so I will be calling to see if I can get my money back for that.

DIANA JThe mobile/smartphone checkout was too cumbersome. The U-Haul app is NOT user friendly enough to make a smooth experience possible. My order was not fully satisfied due to missing pads. The truck was not locked when picking it up.

LUIS RI was moved from another place where the truck was there but the key not. I wasted a lot of time to solve my problem and when I went to another place to pick up another truck, the place didn´t have any forniture pads that I reserved. My moving was really difficult because of this. It's not the first time it happen with me.

EFREN GThe equipment was not serviced and kept ready for me. The AC did not work at all and it was unbearable to drive the equipment since it was about 100 degrees here in NJ. Forget about the location I would never rent with U-haul again.

Moises FThe front shock absorbers are shot. Anytime the cargo van hit a bump it bounced off the road. It is dangerous. I was fortunate enough not to get in a accident. It once bounced into the next lane.

Anthony RTruck was filthy, had crumbs all over and bottles. Area for pickup was muddy. Entire experince was terrible- I had ordered a truck for a different location and it wasn't available, the app was extremely difficult to navigate- kept getting stuck when I had to take pictures.

Michele CThe convenience station was fine and person at the desk was very helpful. Your online U-Haul customer service is poor. Last minute changes had me picking up my rental 25 minutes from the move location and then another 25 minutes ro return from the drop off location due to a new, last minute change of location. You added about 2 hours to an already log day. I would never recommend one-way service again with all your last minute changes to original agreements

Jason GMileage rate too expensive. Paying the rental fee us the gas and on top, paying for mileage is outrageous. I paid almos $100 to use the truck for 1 hr, less than 20 miles.

Ruth AReduce the wait times for purchases and truck pick ups. We waited about 45 minutes to pickup and have waited well over 20-40 minutes to buy boxes on three different occasions. Understaffed and very slow computers that regularly crashed and/or needed to be restarted seemed to be the culprits. I would recommend the location only because the staff were very nice.

Mahendra LNot allowed to return at a more.convenient uhaul location by where my destination was. Cost me an extra 100 dollars when including the gas needed for the return trip. I selected remote pick up and when I got there was told it wasn't available and had to go inside and show my license and give a "reference" the dolly wasn't in the truck and I had to pay for to use some old cast off one that was literally taped together.
